S.Fantastic service by dedicated staff! Jem was amazing at giving me practical and honest advice about the shoes available, the differences between them all and my feet. It was a busy time at the store and all the staff did their best to help two customers at a time. Would highly recommend!
J.Worth trusting them with a comfy fit as the team really know their stuff and patiently help me try on several pairs. I'm wearing what has to be the most comfortable runners I've ever owned. Admittedly not my number one choice in terms of style, but was their immediate choice after a quick running assessment and some prior knowledge I had about the width of my foot. Will be back again for the whole whānau.

O.These guys were awesome. I had two very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly staff serve me on two separate occasions. The first pair of shoes I tried was not quite right and I was able to return them after trying them out. They sent away for another pair, which again weren't quite right. ( My feet are notoriously difficult to fit). I returned these as well. It is absolutely amazing that they allowed me to do this and I didn't feel bad doing it either, as they were so friendly and made it their mission to help get a good fit. (The shoes also go to a good cause). The next pair of shoes were fantastic and I'm super happy with them. Thankyou for all your help.
Can't recommend this place highly enough- especially if you have tricky feet. I also happened to go into the city store when my sister was looking for shoes and they were super helpful and friendly in there as well.

d.Shoes are overpriced (I guess it is a NZ thing where everything is expensive) My wife and I visited the place to buy each of us a pair of running shoes, staff are friendly and very accomodating. Wife bought her runners here and I ended up not buying my shoe from the store and I resorted to buy the exact same pair of shoes online the staff has recommended with at least 50% savings on the price.
