R.Love this shop, every pair of Isabella Anselmi shoes I have had has lasted me well and been very comfortable. The staff are always lovley to deal with and have excellent customer service.
I have made a 5 star review because of the above, although I will add; every time I have been there, the manager I believe (a blonde woman) has been so rude to her staff, one time even throwing something into the store for them to pick up. I have seen this kind of attitude three times, and have never had a pleasant encounter with this particular woman. I hope to see a change because the other staff do not deserve that treatment.
D.Fantastic service from Merchant 1984! Although the shoes I was looking at were costly, they feel comfortable and are stylish. The saleswoman (Bienne I believe her name is) I was speaking to was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this store for a good pair of shoes!
