Great service, good banter with attendees. Remmembered to ring me up a month and a half later about a shoe I had wanted. Great range of footwear. Deffinitely buying again in future.

Great shop . The guy who helped us with our son. He know how to do his job. Very friendly .

Absolutely fantastic service. I used to get shin splints and bought my old running shoes through them. They put me on a treadmill and quickly figured out I had very flat feet. The brooks served me very well for a long time. Just went back last sunday to get a new pair. And the guy there once again trialled two new shoes and checked with the treadmill again. In case you read this - those Asics were fantastic and I managed to run a 33km trail race on them with no issues at all!! And I hadn't even broken them in properly! Absolutely fantastic service, I'll definitely make it a point to buy my running shoes here.

First time shoe clinic customer. Needed some general walking shoes. Friendly staff member greeted me walked me through the process. Helped me try a few pairs out. Find a great fit with some NB's happy easy process. Shoes are great and notice when i'm without them.

Unbelievably good service. Fraser (I think) is an asset to the business with his service style and reccomendations. Store has a huge variety of footwear. Cheers

This store is amazing! The staff are beyond helpful, even went as far as to ship a pair of sneakers down south to my location. I am beyond grateful for their advice and love my running shoes! 11/10 recommend

Excellent Service. The staff took time to understand what we wanted and what we were looking for. She took many different shoe measurements, including pressure information on how we walked. She choose a couple of shoes for us to try on, and BINGO, she was right on the money with her choice. Have been wearing the shoes for 2 days, and they are super comfortable. I've never had shoes that really fit and didn't squeeze my toes. Thank You!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff there to assist. Good range of products & the price seemed reasonable to me. Store keeps good hours and street parking is decent, also close to a car park.

The shoe clinic is the go to spot for shoes. They have a huge range of shoes for any sport or occasion. They do a analysis of the mechanics of your body and reccomend the correct footwear suited just for you. I cant say enough great things about this place.

I had been suffering from a toe injury and it has almost recovered when I went to NZ for a holiday, starting off my holiday with Nelson (Abel Tasman Park). On day 2 I developed shooting pains in the same foot and it was getting more frequent and worse. I even called a local helpline to seek medical advice and started considering returning home cutting my holiday short. That's when a google search led me to visit Shoe Clinic, and discuss my issue. Since my toe got injured I had been wearing Fila hiking sandals which were quite good but I guess they were not going to support me for my various walks and hikes in NZ and I thought it is better to go for shoes that may accomodate my toe (somewhat swollen still). Steph ( I hope I spelt her name right) at Shoe Clinic was so kind, helpful, listened to my issues and my history. She suggested that I should take the tests to determine what would be the appropriate shoe for me. All this at no additional cost to me. After bringing nearly 8-10 different shoes of different brands, helping me choose the right one, finally we arrived at a New Balance 860 shoe with a wide front, and one size bigger to let me have enough room in the front. To my utter surprise, I was told (a) I would be given a 20 dollar discount (B) I could return the shoe for a full cash refund within 30 days at any shoe clinic outlet in NZ if they didnt serve my needs. I went back with a renewed sense of confidence and I am delighted to say that not only did I continue my holidays without changing my original plan and itinerary, the shooting pains almost have stopped with the support lent by the shoe. The holiday meant so much to me, and if not for Steph's timely help, I would have possibly returned home in a few days from then. This is my first google review ever, and I am only writing in the hope that someone will benefit from it, the way I benefited by the previous reviews in identifying the right place to go for my needs. Shoe Clinic did not even hint to me to write a review -they certainly don't have a need to do any self promotion and I am sure their work does the talking for them. In fact I called twice while in NZ to speak to Steph and thank her personally but I believe she was assisting customers both the times (understandable as the shop is very busy)

Alasdair, Wellington Thank you for your support through the year ... you are a fantastic service to our running community! It is great to have such enthusiasm keeping a finger on the pulse of our sport. Since you and the Shoe Clinic made your arrival in Nelson it has been much easier to keep stocked in good shoes. I used to have to bank on shopping while traveling to races simply because I could not find what I needed.

Great help and you can return the shoes if for any reason they dont work ,fully recommend them
