I do think this store, as it is the only Hannah's store in New Plymouth, needs to stock a better choice in the orthopedic type shoe, it was suggested they or I could order on line. I walked in to leave with a new pair of shoes, why would I go on line and then have to wait for them to arrive. I want to support these shops but ... There is one other orsome shoe shop, that caters for problem feet, in this city but their shoes are extremely expensive. Don't these shops see that New Plymouth has grown in population and ethnicity and need to start providing more options and variety on their shop floor. On the whole, pleasant atmosphere, tried to be helpful, yet I walked out with nothing, disappointing really.

A wonderful helpful Jo and Cindy at. New Plymouth store. Brought one pair of shoes and they ordered second pair online amazingly they arrived next morning. So rare to find such helpful staff. I’ll be back😁😁

Great staff! The main sales lady was so helpful and even found the shoe we needed with another store for us. We got to pay there and have assurance we will pick up the shoe we need as we travel through to a wedding tomorrow in another town.
