Consistent, outstanding, superior, fantastic customer service. Both from Rakesh and Chris. Rakesh put a battery in for my partners watch about a month ago and cut a spare car key for our new second-hand car (that only came with 1 key) about 2 weeks ago. He provides superior customer service and it is muchly appreciated. It gets pretty busy in there and he always provides professional customer service (with a smile). I have had a few keys cut over the years (the nice metallic colourful ones for various things) and have always received the most superior customer service. I am finally writing a review today. Chris put a new battery in my watch this morning. It's been sitting in a cupboard for over a year & I finally sorted it today. And once again, superior customer service with a smile. Also, no more checking my phone or a clock for the time :) For the Mister Minit business itself, I am very grateful for the warranty on the watch batteries and it is nice to know that I can have a car key (or house key) cut at an affordable price (prices may vary depending on car type/key type) FYI. I love the range of beautiful metallic coloured keys to choose from and I currently have a key ring that says: life is beautiful (from Mister Minit). It makes me smile. Have a most wonderful day and keep up the outstanding work. You are greatly appreciated in the community Rakesh, Chris and Mister Minit.

Great, friendly service from the guy on duty. Purchased two name tags for our cats and he had them both engraved within 5 minutes. The detailing was amazing. Not cheap but I don't mind paying when the workmanship is that good

Went and got some keys cut and engraving done. the mister minit shopman took very good care of me and gave me 15 percent off on engraving and 20 percent off on keycut..:) excellent customer service..will definitely go again..
