M.Absolutely the most pleasant , friendly, and conscientious owner! His prices are very reasonable, and he gets your repairs done in a timely fashion. His store sells all sorts of shoe supplies, polish, etc, as well as backpacks, bags, briefcases, etc. Plenty of options. He also makes keys and replaces watch batteries, too. I gave him 3 stars because my wife was unhappy with his repair on her favorite shoes. Lower quality repair than expected
