Currently they are having a pop up space that selling Lacoste and The North Face products at 2nd floor, the best bargain in town
M.I bought 2 pairs of good quality slippers for $119, such a bargain! Besides, I enjoyed shopping upstairs with the Northface products.
Staff were helpful and friendly both upstairs and downstairs, especially thanks Lucy.
M.Ugg Queenstown was definitely amazing! I purchased one pair of Tasman slipper, the guy told me the green one was the new seasonal colour, after I tried I just couldn't take them off!
l.Really nice shopping experience, we enjoyed alot from Pop-up store as the Asian man gave me the best customer service, he got a good sense of fashion and introduced me what I wanted. Definitely will recommend to my friends!

P.I’m a really big fan of UGG! Especially Queenstown branch! I would give a thumb up for a staff Geoffrey who were really helpful and friendly, and always be patient with my questions about the sizes. He is soooooo nice and professional. With his assistance, I bought the latest slide!
I would definitely recommend THIS store if you come to QT! They have a outlets upstairs as well!

I was the worst customer ever and didn’t like the bow on one of my shoes I bought so I asked them if I can pick another one in my seize and they showed me all the others from my color they had left! Best stuff ever thanks!😂
