Quality footwear is available at this shop, and the staff are helpful. It’s not a shop for price-sensitive or budget shoppers. Many of the shoes are “comfort fit”, and an attractive comfortable shoe is worth paying for.

Yes Taylors you love shoes but you don't even appreciate customers. You missed out on a sale... I ended up going back to Taylor's Richmond the next day as I was intrigued to see if I had jumped the gun with my review and I'm happy to say I did. The ladies were very helpful and I ended with some really comfortable shoes. Cheers
