L.I have a very complex foot situation, and Smiths was able to get me sorted in no time. Marina was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable and confident when I walked out with my new shoes! I will definitely be a return customer.

G.Good sports shoe shop with a large selection of different styles and makes to choose from and of course the prices vary depending on the makers name. I was interested in leather insoles and a shop assistant was able to help me find the pair that I wanted.

I purchased trainers while they had their sale on, and I was waiting for my full length orthotics to be made (by which time the sale would have ended). They were happy for me to hang on to the trainers, unused of course, so I could try the orthotics, and if no good, they were happy to exchange :)
R.Helped me to realise that it was my insoles giving me problems rather than the whole shoe - could have easily sold me a new pair of shoes but took the time to understand the problem and a great solution in a new pair of foam insoles for my old runners.
