Shane Barr Shoes offers excellent customer service and professional workmanship and advice. They have replaced zips in two pairs of my riding boots and did an excellent job on both, returning them in a better state than they left having been cleaned and polished, going above and beyond with customer service. They even went out of their way to ensure the second pair were returned for me to use over Christmas. Highly recommended!

I had just bought some sandals and the strap broke in one. I was recommended to use Shane Barr Shoe Repairs. I emailed them and within an hour I had a reply. I Mailed the shoes off next day they were done and sent back within a couple of days. They are fantastic and I am so happy with how it was all handled. Reasonably priced also

I need to have the right work boot raised as after a hip resurfacing operation I was about 1 centimetre higher on my left side. When I get the other hip resurfacing operation done I should be on an even keel. I am able to walk around work evenly without hobbling along. Since then I had the right resurfaced and then ended up with a broken neck of femur shortly afterwards. I had a total hip replacement and I ended up 3 centimetres short on the right leg. The Podiatrist gave me an insert that was only 3 mm, this was hopeless and I was not listened too. so I went back to Shane Barr and he has done 6 pairs of shoes for me in the last 12 months, the latest being a pair of Sandals he recommended, these were completed in 2 days which was fantastic especially as I got them on Christmas Eve so I am set up for Summer and my feet are kept cooler. These guys do outstanding work. Always go here, but recently they rescued 2 pairs of my favourite casual sneakers and you would never know they’d been repaired. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and great knowledge. Thanks to the guys at Shane Barr, within 2 minutes of me coming into the store, they were able to show me the products i needed to fix a massive error I had made when polishing a shoe. Now thanks to them and their great products, i was not only able to fix the color of my brown monk-strap shoes, the cream they had in stock made them look much better than when i first got them out of the box. Now a rich coffee brown with some slight shine to it. This was not my first time in there, and now I know they will be my go to place for anything shoes.
