D.Not very helpful with a fault in a pair of Ziera shoes, the first time wearing. I took the shoes to a shoe repair shop and they solved the problem, no trouble. This shoes are not cheap, so customer service needs to be too notch. The shoes are super comfortable though and I have bought several over the last few years, never having any problems before.
