A.Took my leather wallet in to have a damaged dome replaced, they were able to turn it around in a couple hours while I was in the city. Great job, price was very reasonable & service was top notch! Thank you
S.Lesvos did a superb job of replacing a zip on my Bally handbag. They even re-used the leather pull-tag. No one would be able to tell that the work had been done. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

R.I bought some cheap boots about a year ago which had a nice leather upper and a cheap sole. After a year the upper was still in good condition, but the sole had been worn down.
Lesvos added a rubber sole to the base, and added all the necessary fills to level out the worn parts. They've added at least another year to the life of these shoes for about 1/3 the cost of a new good quality pair, and I think they look better than when they were new
It's nice to know that adding a sole to shoes is effective and affordable
D.5 Stars are not enough for this shoe and bag repair store. The attention to detail on my Coach handbag repair was immaculate. Along with that, I had 4 pairs of formal shoes which needed adjustments due to strapping being too loose. The repair and new fitting is just 100%. The work did not damage any of my shoes or bags, however the shoes I can now wear with ease as now they fit my feet well instead of the overarching straps being so loose.
Absolutely fabulous service, kind, friendly and the staff definitely do go more than just the extra mile. Thank you so much for the repair of my sandals and handbag!!
Seriously, you will not be let down by having repairs or adjustments done by Lesvos Shoe and Bag repair.
T.Got my work shoes sole replaced, $120 so not cheap, staff were friendly, I was unsure if I should buy a new pair or replace sole on my current shoes. I was told they would be as good as new. Unfortunately within 2 days of use the soles started separating from the shoe. I took them back and they repaired them, again after two days the glue and sole separated. Not really impressed with their work, but they did give me a full refund which I give them credit for as the right (and legal) thing to do.
J.What a welcoming crew. I've had a precious lamb leather jacket for 6 years that I've been really reluctant to alter -- I wasn't exactly sure that there was anyone around who could do it justice; until I was directed to Lesvos. Likely the only tailors in Wellington with the equipment to work on this type of thing. Their work is seamless (pun not intended) You can't even tell they did the work and my jacket looks much better fitted. On top, it was a fast service and the prices were great as well.
H.Just picked my boots up after being told by other places that they're unable to fix the stitching without spending hours by hand for $80, and these guys were able to stitch AND glue them back together so tidily for only $30!! Was so nervous as I've never had to repair shoes before and these guys exceeded expectations! Will definitely come again thank you!!

t.Amazing craftsmanship and service. Called up for a quote on replacing a zip on a computer bag. The quote I got over the phone and in person was exactly what I payed. Bag looks brand new and zip replaced with NZ made product. Highly recommend. Bag was ready the next day.
J.Quick, friendly and a great job done! I was told by a different repair agent that fixing a broken zip would take a few days. The team at Lesvos repaired it and text me to let me know it was repaired about an hour later. Had a good chat with them after as well. I couldn't be happier with the service!
P.Half the price that a competitor quoted me; simply needed the straps amending, which they did impeccably, but they also tidied up some stitching on two other locations on the bag. Very very tidy work. Cannot recommend enough!
S.My SuperDry back-pack's main zip broke. I called around a couple of recommended places and was quoted $80 and a two week wait. When Lesvos was recommended I gave them a call. I popped in after work. They assessed it. They didn't have a long enough waterproof zip, but I wasn't bothered. I went with a standard black one to match the bag. I asked how much and how long to fix. They said "when do you want it?, we can have it ready for you tomorrow." - Cost $40. Sweet!
I got the bag back the next day. It's hardly noticable that the zip was changed. The thread has been sown into the existing holes. Some not quite but this is minor. Its been several months and it's still going strong. I was very impressed. Would recommend and use again for sure.

M.I recently flew with an international airline which somehow snapped a wheel off my high end Samsonite suitcase which was entirely inconvenient during my trip to Australia. Ever tried towing a 3 legged suitcase?
On returning home to Hamilton, I phoned the Auckland agent for Samonsite which was unable to assist with any repairs, so made contact with the NZ importers of the cases.
They suggested that I contact Babu at Lesvos in Wellington.
A quick phone call and the email of a photograph of the broken wheel and instantly help was on the way.
Within 24 hours of the initial phone call a courier arrived at the front door with not only a replacement wheel, but also a spare to go with it.
Babu and his team immediately provided exceptional, good old fashioned 'service' to a standard that a large number of other NZ companies and businesses, large or small, should use as a benchmark.
Thank you I Babu. I really appreciated your quick response especially as I'm due to travel again soon.
