I bought a new brooks as recommended by one of the podiatrist in shoe clinic. Its been 2 months no issues and Very comfy. New shoe comes with 30 days warranty. Well experienced people. No pushi sale. Definitely back again.

I came in to get a new pair of running shoes for the upcoming round the bays. I was helped by Micah and he was amazing. Tried on a bunch of different shoes, tested and recorded them and recommended a pair of Asics that gave me a great position even with my broken ankle. They felt great and I’m looking forward to running in them. 10/10 service. Would go back for sure.

Excellent service and help from Dylan Price. He is really knowledgeable about fitting shoe to support your feet for specific needs. His recommendations were super helpful. I am struggling to find a shoe which fits and he went out of his way to try and help me with everything what's on market not only limited to the store.

I’ve bought my last few pairs of running shoes from Shoe Clinic’s in Auckland and always had great service. Just walked into this store today and wow… can’t say enough about the enthusiasm and care the staff took to help me out and get the best fit. They really know their stuff and care about what they do. One of the best customer service experiences you can get. Highly recommended and I’ll be coming back for another pair for sure!

Really amazing service from this store. They help each customer in finding the perfect shoe, by scanning your feet at rest and when walking/running on the theadmill. Never experienced this before! Also really glad there's a 30 day warranty on my new shoes. Totally recommend it.

Always get my running shoes from here because of points scheme, good selection of shoes and apparel and top customer service. They are happy to help order shoes in and usually arrives pretty quickly.

I was one of the many people with New Year's resolutions to run and went in around Jan 3rd. They helped me immediately. I was very impressed with their extensive knowledge and willingness to answer my silly questions about running, having been runners themselves. I was fitted to a shoe I love and will continue to go back for more shoes when I run these dead into the ground.

Very good service, great range. This place is a little more pricey than other stores, however, if your looking for sports or running shoes it's worth the money. They have a good loyalty program (regular $50 vouchers) and often have deals where you get a free Hat, towel or socks.

Brilliant. Scanned & measured my feet as I went through various pairs trying out the best fit. Found the perfect pair, and Twm was chatty and accommodating the entire time. Asked lots of questions to make sure I was getting the best option. And with a 30-day money back guarantee it couldn't be better! (Actually it can, I was informed any returned shoes are donated to charity) Fantastic work team!

I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes that could support me better than my current pair of shoes. The level of service provided by Clinton was outstanding. Not only did he perform a series of "tests" but he also explained everything he was doing in detail. Great experience!

Shoe clinic on Willis St always has excellent and thorough service and the staff are all v knowledgeable - I normally go in knowing exactly what I want but even when it's not as simple as buying a shoe I've had before, they can help

Cool experience. Majority of staff is knowledgeable. The prices are high as but when you take into consideration the advice you get it makes it almost worth it. Variaty is not that great as they only stock limited number of brands. Id still recommend them
