I was in your Alexandra store last week and a young lass was on counter and a very deaf elderly gentleman approached the counter and she dealt with his hearing problem with a grand deal of patience and maturity and served him with great aplomb. She did a great job and I feel she should be congratulated and recognized for her great service. It's nice to see someone young with great customer service ethics.
