D.Went to the shop the other day as I needed help to remove one of the permanent link of my vintage Submariner bracelet. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable, special thanks to Marcus who sorted out my issue. I can now wear my beloved watch with its original bracelet again with pride!
In addition, they stock a bunch of nice high end Swiss watches from Rolex, Omega, etc and can also assist in servicing watches too. Truly recommended shop and I am grateful that our small watch community here in Auckland have you guys around! Thanks!

M.I went into this place. I thought I'm nobody I've got a much lower version of a Tag than say the beautiful Omega and Rolex watches just to name a few of this wonderful place. Very friendly and they adjusted my watch band for my Tag free of charge. How many people do that anymore? No drama...very competent staff and I saw them interact with other potential buyers. Class place but without the snootiness.
A.I needed a watch band resized, enquired via email to a fast response. I dropped off my watch, and picked it up again the same day, super quick turnaround. My watch now fits perfectly and I’m happy knowing it was done by professionals.
Excellent service by Chris, I wholeheartedly recommend coming here if you need anything watch related. Very pleased and they have earned a loyal customer.

R.About time are the absolute best of the best. Chris was incredibly helpful from the minute I walked in. I brought in my Husbands watch for a repair - it was missing a shoulder and Chris said to leave it with him and he will see if he on the off chance has the part for this vintage watch. Sure enough 10 minutes later I get a call that my Husbands watch is fixed and ready to be picked up. I cannot recommend About Time enough. Don't waste your time by going anywhere else!!!

J.Outstandingly refreshing service. I dropped in my watch with a broken watch strap last Friday. I was looked after by Clive. Returning later in the day, I was informed by Marko that there was no charge for replacing a link pin. It was incredibly refreshing to receive this type of response and forward looking service. Thank you. Can't recommend you highly enough.
F.I took my 30 year old 'Y-link' strap TAG Heuer Chronometer in to get assessed today, as the clasp pin seemed broken (not able to close properly) They took it for half an hour and returned it to me with the safety clasp straightened and the pin working again. They also said they probably could source a new clasp if it breaks again beyond repair. When asked how much I owed them, they said "a Google review". Fantastic service and highly recommended. Go here first if you have an issue with a decent watch.
