S.An amazing experience. The customer service is just fantastic. We had a product that did not fit to our dog. They have been so understanding so professional and finding the right product for our dog. The girl who served us was the best I came across recently. She had so much patience and knowledge. We will definitely going to come back.
E.Lovely experience, friendly helpful staff, bought our comet goldfish, whilst they made sure you knew what to do and how to go about making it safe for the fish without being condescending and rude (unlike the place across the road). Very happy!

This Animates branch has a great selection of pet products such as food, toy, accessaries etc. There is a vet clinic and dog wash station on site. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful.

G.We are so disappointed with this cut! He apparently was matted and we were warned that it would be short but he has been shaven! We had to take him to the vet as he was beside himself with itching and he just looks terrible! The op photo does not show his legs off, they are so skinny ( like bean stalks). We would never go back there !

R.Jen grooms our Mini Schnauzer and is fantastic. Millie looks great and smells great.... that is until she gets home and digs a hole and rolls in it lol.
The staff are always friendly and more than happy to help. It's our go to place for our menagerie of pets including our blind cat, Guinea Pig, turtles and fish. Definitely recommend.

I.Igor is amazing! I brought my dog in today for a groom. Igor was super friendly and professional! My dog looked super cute after a much needed groom! Highly recommended!! Will take her back to him again very soon.
M.Nice friendly staff once you get to the counter with chosen product. But my big BUT is, why wait for the customer to come to you. Go and see if they need help in finding something as I did. Frustrating to have to go and find the help.

L.It's a bit further for me to get to but has two dog baths (with hair/fur dryers) so I can almost always get my dog straight into a bath. Staff are always very kind, friendly and helpful. Not one of the very big Animates but still a good range of products. Off-road parking just for Animates too.

I did not feel rushed... felt they cared for my old dog but understood that I've got to be sensible with my $$$ and sadly can't write a blank check (I have young kids to care for/bills to pay...) so looking to get the best treatment/care I can afford...I

A.Took or puppy here for puppy place school, staff a great and provided everything needed. Our puppy was rather shy to start with even being the biggest but by the end finally got out into it and started playing with the others. Big heads up to the nurse she really did put 101% effort in.

B.EDIT: after hearing about what happened, the Clinical Director of Vetcare (Kylie Lawson) promptly called me to apologise for the service despite being at baby shower. She explained to me what they were doing to ensure others don't have the same experience AND offered to pay at least part of the vet bill! Because of the prompt response I'm changing my rating from one star to three.
I had to take my cat to the vet yesterday because a couple of abscesses, which we didn't see earlier, burst open. When I got home this afternoon she was crouched on the bed and was in so much pain that she wouldn't move or even let me even touch her.
Naturally, I rushed her off to the closest vet I could think of - Animates Glen Innes. I waited in line, as patiently as one can with an injured cat, only to be abruptly told that they "don't take walk-ins." The staff member proceeded to complain that they were "already running ten minutes late for a musical," and that we try somewhere else. Nismo normally goes to Animates Botany Vets, so I called and asked if they would take her and they also declined, saying the same thing.
P.Very friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic selection of foods, tots and accessories. Also a great place to come wash your dog.
