M.Great in and out service. Dog wash had everything we needed from shampoo to flea treatment and even conditioner and blow dry. They also provided large aprons to keep us dry too!

A.Used the dog wash and pleasantly surprised by their sanitising it first and stuff. Felt very safe and was nice to not have lots of dog hair everywhere.

r.awesome as usual...took big dog to their dog wash. so cool. staff are always so amazing and friendly. That dog wash bay is the best thing for a BIG dog... she is so clean. Thank u Animates.

M.I went there for specific items and found them difficult to find. The labelling of the sections of the store was incorrect. For instance in the bird section were dog items and the bird food was at the back next to the dog beds.

T.Always have had great knowledgeable staff look after my needs. Store is set out well. I love that I can bring my pup with me into the store. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They also have regular good specials. I’m a happy repeat customer and can highly recommend our Silverdale store.

B.Good price points on wide range of products. Great for cats / dogs / birds - fish stocks poor. Fish supplies and equipment, good. Dog grooming service. Dogs love it. Can be rowdy though if your fur baby is a bit timid !
A.I have been to many branches but here the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The DIY dog wash is very clean and are always readily available. Staffs at the counter is very welcoming. There is a lot of parking at the front and is in a busy area.
D.Visited for the first time with my wife. We were served by an amazing young man from South Africa who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service without feeling pressured. Highly recommended.

G.I'm looking after my son's British bulldog who has flown in from Oz before them. Busta has never met me before so things must be very confusing for him. I purchased his usual dog biscuits from Animates but he is very disinterested in them. I went back to Animates to see if they had any suggestions and the lady was very, very helpful and got things sorted for me with a gravy to add to the biscuits.
They know their business!
C.While it might be more expensive than some other places I frequent, it’s also more accessible (timings and location) so when I do shop there I appreciate the great service I receive from the lovely staff.

T.Decent shop with a some species of tropical fish however the prices were no where near as good as hollywood fishfarm if you are looking for value for money and the best customer service in the world Hollywood Fish Farm is the place to go they have all the varieties of tropical fish you could ever want and are willing to take time to consider with you if your tank will be a friendly space for the new fish to encompass.

A.I can’t rate Silverdale vets high enough. They are kind, considerate, and thoughtful. Always providing exceptional service to our dogs. After having to put one of our fur babies down recently they sent a card with kind words just another example of the extra mile they go..

U.Mainly stop in for the DIY dog wash as it's convenient. Though not quite so good after they stopped supplying towels. Retail items tend to be pricey unless on sale, but they do tend to have most things.
S.Wonderful to have a place locally that is open long hours on a Sunday - great for emergencies. Prices are not the cheapest, but care is good.
C.This shop is just a very nice place to visit. Everyone is smiling and you can feel they love their animals ( cats birds rabbits fish Guinea pigs mice) I bought some cat toys and now I will quickly go home and play with my tiny dancer(cat's name)

S.Nice big store, heaps of stock, easy to find what you need, our dogs just loves visiting the store, the staff know there stuff and are allways happy to help and give advice, always treat our dogs like there own and gives them more treats and hugs than they needs. Plus it's in a very hand location and we never find it hard to get a park,
