Brilliant service consistently. I took my BCD in today (Sunday) with a slow leak in the LP valve. The tech fixed it on the spot, doing a thorough fault finding session with me. Also tank fills turned around within the day. Have used them for pre season equipment check and servicing my Suunto integrated system. If you're looking for a great dive shop for equipment service and training, don't look past this TEAM. Awesome!

I have just completed my Open Water Dive Course with Auckland Scuba over the weekend. I could not be more impressed with the amazing instructor we had for our course (Sam). She was a great teacher, who left us all feeling confident and we all learnt so much. We felt like we could ask questions and get things wrong without feeling embarrassed. Sam really made the 4 days of this course - from the start in the classroom to the end in the ocean really really enjoyable! And now I just can't wait to get out diving again! Thanks Sam, I would recommend Sam and the team at Auckland Scuba to absolutely anyone! They are the best! Thanks again!

Amazing place friendly customer service help quickly no what they are talking about by explaining the functions of their products if they don't have what you want they'll go out their way to get it ASAP and keep you updated... Not like the regular scuba dive shops try to sell you something els instead.⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

I have been training with Auckland Scuba for about 8 months now and have really enjoyed my time with them. I have found all of their staff members to be exceedingly helpful and experienced divers. I would highly recommend Auckland Scuba to anyone considering diving for the first time or advancing their diving skills.

I completed my Diploma in professional scuba instruction at Auckland Scuba Dive in 2015 and it was hands down one of the best experiences i have ever had. All the staff/instructors are full of knowledge about their trade and I came out of the course feeling very competent as an instructor. Thanks to all the training from the Auckland Scuba Dive staff I have been working in the industry ever since!!!

Spent a lovely 4 days with the friendly and encouraging team at Auckland Scuba for my PADI Open Water certification! Coming from a country where diving is less common a sport, the team (from store staff to the dive instructors) took great care to address all our concerns and queries. Happy to have this place be the start of my diving journey :)

Very nice and friendly staff, they know what they are talking about and sell really nice, high quality equipment. We were surprised by the many sizes and choices of womens wetsuits they had. Can only recommend if you are looking for gear.

Doing my Instructor Development Course with Dive HQ Albany at the moment and I am really impressed with the standard of training at this facility. The instructors really know their stuff and are obviously passionate about diving, and teaching. The shop has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a great vibe in the place and lots of great diving happening over the summer so I will definitely be back to join in the fun!

We were outfitted with new Bare drysuits, and all the accessories here. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. Even during all the difficulties with shipping due to Covid, the store had lots of stock from which to choose. Thanks for a great experience! We love the gear.

I'm currently doing my divemasters with Auckland scuba,the staff here are amazing it would be really hard to fault the work they do here, professionalism and safety is there top priority, They don't only treat you as students but family, Thanks to all the awesome instructors here i could not do this without you all. Currently undergoing Diploma in professional scuba instruction at Auckland scuba. Helpful instructors and a positive learning environment, Instructor Patrick Burke is knowledgeable and helpful.

I studied my Diploma of Professional Scuba Instruction with Dive HQ Albany several years ago, and found the training excellent. They teach you all the skills you need to be able to work in the dive industry. Not only that, but having a boat means that we get to dive in some awesome places which aren't an option when shore diving. Great job guys!!

As a former hydrophobe, Auckland Scuba not only helped me overcome my fear of water but also helped me earn my PADI open water diving license. The staff are professional and friendly and the equipment and teaching is superb. Thanks Chris Hailey for an awesome adventure.

Auckland Scuba is hands down my favourite dive centre. They have a great selection of gear for all budgets and super knowledgable, friendly and fun staff. On top of this they provide the best training and diving experiences in New Zealand. Auckland Scuba run many fun diving trips throughout the year to wrecks, islands and reefs off the coast. Trips to the Poor Knights are always on our list. My husband and I started diving in May 2017, in 6 months we have gone from complete novices to completing our Open Water, Advanced Open Water and 5 specialties. We are well on our way to becoming Master Scuba Divers with only Rescue Diver to do. Our Instructor for our training has been Chris Hailey, who is hugely enthusiastic and knowledgable about diving. He has a good understanding of people's limits and has pushed us when we needed it. Chris takes training students seriously and doesn't let you cut corners, his teaching style is epitomised by his philosophy of "Train hard, dive easy". I have always felt a great sense of accomplishment after training dives with Chris. This is not to say you won't have a huge amount of fun with Chris, his sense of adventure is infectious and he's got a great sense of humour. My highlights have been sidemount training and wreck diving on the Canterbury with Auckland Scuba. Love these guys!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my dive experience after starting the dive instructor course. I would recommend coming here to anyone who is intrigued in scuba diving and would like to get the grandest experience throughout NZ.

Did my padi open water course through these guys and highly recommend too anyone wanting to do the same , awesome instructors (Pat & Caitlin ) very professional in explaining and taking you through the ropes but also made the whole experience fun and enjoyable 10/10 !!

I did my padi open water Diver certificate here. Had an awesome time. The instructors were very nice and competent. They offer weekend courses so that even a backpacker like me could attend the course comfortably. All in all, amazing experience and would definetly recommend this school/shop!!!

Currently studying Diploma in scuba instruction having fun in a awesome and relaxed environment learning lots while actually retaining information because Patrick (awesome instructor) likes to drill it into our minds. My rating for this course is 5/5.

Enjoyed my time studying with Dive HQ Albany for my diploma in professional scuba instruction last year. Met some fantastic people, including the wonderful staff and visited some beautiful dive sites, the Poor Knights being my favourite so far. Looking forward to getting out on the new boat the Whakaari Express this year.

I am doing the professional instructor scuba diving corse I am 2 months into the corse and I am loving it so far I have learnt so much about diving and teaching and talking in front of people, Patrick Burke is the instructor taking the corse I am in he has so much experience in diving so he can teach us his ways in diving and teaching.

Been a student here this year and have almost completed my DIPSI course. Positive environment to learn in and heaps of cool dive trips throughout the year. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help especially as you enter the IDC phase of the program.

I am Half way through my DIPSI course here at Auckland Scuba and really enjoying myself! Staff, equipment and OUR TRIPS AWAY are all awesome fun, super knowledgeable and always exciting!

I would recommend to go to Auckland Scuba above other dive companies as you have an experienced team of instructors and it's a way to meet like minded people with a true passion for diving.

When in rome, go to auckland scuba dive and learn to scuba dive, cool staff and large range of dive equipment like hollis, oceanic etc! Boat trips to poor knights and more, diploma in scuba instructing, open water courses and many more fun courses...

Auckland scuba is my go to for all things scuba. From recreational diving to technical diving they have it all and on the of chance they don't they will sort you out quick smart.
