J.I just needed to change the battery of my Toyota Auris since it went flat when I was away camping. Amazing customer service and the prices are reasonable. The guy who sold me the battery even recommended me a jump start kit which I now love. I won't be stuck with a flat battery ever again! Thank you so much!
T.I was so impressed with the customer service offered. They checked my husband's car batteries without any hassle or fuss. Rather than feeling pressured to replace an i-stop battery which is still in working order, the salesman suggested my husband's car have a diagnostic check first with a service mechanic to resolve the i-stop warning flashing light on the dashboard. I really appreciate his honesty, help and guidance. I would definitely recommend this business to others as he was most knowledgable and helpful. Thank you, I really appreciated the time taken to assist me and the advice offered.

P.Dealt with Allan from Battery workx , he was very prompt at returning my call after I had left him a voicemail. Not only he installed the battery but went extra mile to zip tie the battery compartment to secure it as the latch had come off. I was very pleased with this gesture and I'd recommend this place for all your car battery needs. They stock high standard batteries for all makes and models and they often come with minimum 3 years warranty.

C.I would have liked to give more stars but, on my visit, I felt there was a lack of transparency on prices, warranty, etc. Looking at feedback from other customers, who say cheapest batteries vs other stores, I didn't feel this was the case for me. The price I was given was a few dollars more expensive than Repco, which is fine but then I was told 2 yrs warranty for the battery and $10 extra for battery fitting - which was apparently 3 yrs warranty & free fitting for other customers in a couple of the reviews. Repco offered a slightly cheaper price, 3 yrs warranty and no additional cost for battery fitting. Showing the quote, they re-adjusted their pricing and added an extra year for warranty to match Repco so that was nice. They did however, do a great job changing the battery and taking the old one.
J.Totally happy with the customer service that l have received today. Well spoken, polite and very helpful in selecting the right battery for my vehicle, also given me options. Having free installation which only took him a few minutes with three years guarantee is a bonus and shows they care about the customers, would highly recommend, thank you!
C.In May 2020 I bought 6 golf-cart batteries (8volt) from Batteryworx at a cost of $2,000. 10 days ago(Feb 21), during maintenance, one of the battery terminals broke loose and the holding nut couldn't be undone. I took it back to Aman, who said it couldn't be fixed. Having no similar replacement batteries in stock he ordered a more expensive one from Christchurch which arrived a few days later. The new one was back in the cart within 7 days and at no charge, not even for the freight.. Brilliant customer service ! It's not often I send in reviews, but I reckon this one was well deserved.

G.We purchased a name brand battery compatible with a 2013 Mazda 6 with ISS (Idle Stop Start) off their website and it was delivered within 2 days at less than half the price of competitors. Mazda 6 owners will know that ISS compatible batteries have the potential to be expensive. You can be quoted nearly $900 depending on who you get prices from. Excellent price and prompt service.
