J.I made a collect and click order but was given a faulty product, wasted a lot of time waiting for staff looking for another item but got nothing, and then have to waited for another while for getting the refund. Briscoes’s staffs do not check the conditions of the items before handing to customers.
J.Massive store with a lot of selection and great deals during the sales event. Only down side is the long queues during peak shopping hours but for some that's an imsentive to shop. Overall 5 star experience and prices.

p.This is one of the bigger Briscoes in Auckland and one of the better stocked ones as well - there is literally everything for your home being sold in here. Obviously, it's coming up to summer so there is a massive discounts today for BBQ sets and fans.
They also sell furniture as well as evidenced by some tables, chairs, cabinets, and outdoor furniture (I'm assuming to go with your barbecue sessions).
One pro tip about going to Briscoes - it is well known that Briscoes has many many many sales throughout the year - and it is NEVER a good idea to get something at full price. A good time to plan for sales is to wait for any major bank holiday where Briscoes would advertise nonstop for their "biggest sale ever" on TV, in flyers, and they tend to hit your emails quite aggressively whenever there is a sale weekend. Depending on opening times, it is usually better to turn up first thing in the morning (usually around 9ish) and then get your shopping in before the mad crowds turn up after brunch at 10.
I tend to like going around their crockery and cups section - it is quite well coordinated and tend to make pretty awesome Instagram pictures. Also, they have enough knives to make a knife enthusiast like me start wanting to buy everything.
C.There's lots of good stuff here and and the prices are good when you get stuff on sale.

e.Only shop here when they have specials. Went there to refill my sodastream bottle and they did not have stock.

Visited today, stock levels in home furnishings were very limited. We were able to find what we were looking for but they didn't have enough in stock. Eventually brought the curtains on line.
K.We've just had the best experience at this store. We had a faulty air fryer and took it back to see what options we had. The team in-store (we dealt with Lily and one other whose name I can't remember) went above and beyond to ensure we got a replacement item, calling other stores and eventually sorting with their online team. Such great customer service driving loyalty.

J.Highly recommend Briscoes Botany the manager Tania was really awesome -Top notch customer service. Today I took my vaccum into the store to have it replaced under warranty to find that only the filter needed to be replaced and that the vaccum was actually fine. Cost me $10 to replace the filter and the vaccum is good as the first day I bought it. The eletrolux bagless vaccum which is on special for $149.99 at the moment is very good. Thank you for your help today im very happy with the customer service 😀

J.Busy shopping experience. We went there late in the afternoon, and the shelves and shop were a bit of a mess, seeing as the staff were too busy at the tills.
Having said that, they do have a good supply of differing stock, so you bound to find what you looking for.
Tip!! Go during their "Big sales" where they give up to 60% discounts. Otherwise their prices are pretty steep.

1.Hard to find things and quite disinterested staff. I visited there twice over a month with similar results. On the plus side, service at the Checkouts was pretty good and passably quick. Prices are typical for Briscoes: mostly too expensive but generally better quality than The Warehouse or Kmart. Sometimes they have OK specials

M.These large NZ warehouse stores lack style, variety and any distinction. This is a perfectly average example of a large homeware store, selling average quality goods, not particularly well laid out or well maintained, but not awful either. Indifferent warehouse style service.
A.Staff are very helpful. Today a staff member suggested I can order a product online when it's no longer on the shelf. And at the same special price. Plus $5 delivery to my home.

I only wanted the Botany number which I eventually found but it should be on the front page under opening hours not buried on the link saying more about Botany.It took another 5 minutes for the Botany number to be answered when transferred to the shop floor. However I eventually got very good service. The item I wanted was out of stock but they rang me back within 5 minutes to tell me and then found the item in two other stores and said I could order it online.

a.It's ok, unless there is a sale on which seems always it's very expensive. Only shop there when they advertise sales otherwise speak to your bank manager or take out a loan. Staff are efficient but not really friendly .

Z.Mobility parking is in very close proximity as is public bus transport. Is located on the Te Irirangi Drive side of Botany Town Centre and though a busy centre exercise a bit of patience you'll find a carpark.
Briscoes floor staff were helpful although their counter staff could use help. I'm on crutches at the moment & had to wait a very long time with only 2 staff manning the counter. We're 1 person away from being served, the que behind is long & finally they put another person on. Not good enough Briscoes, people have bad hips, bad backs, scratchy kids, the elderly, should not be waiting longer than 10mins.
W.There are not enough people in the check out point. But not many people shopping there and all most off the stuff are on sale. So it is a nice place for shopping.
