Wide range of products with good discounts and friendly team

I don’t know what it is about the store compared to the others but they always seem to be understaffed. Always long queues at the till, but mind you I only always go there when the sales so that’s probably not surprising. However I have only seen one or two people working at the tills during these times which I don’t think quite cut the mustard for big sales days like these.

Large Briscoes store inside Glenfield Mall. Location is nice and easily accessible by car or public transport. Ample parking is available in the mall. Separate entrance allows for shopping in the extended hours when the mall is closed. The staff is very nice and helpful. Product variety and range is large and a lot of choice is available. Click and collect is available too. Highly recommended overall.

Went to buy new curtains for bedroom. Briscoes are my go to place for household goods. Great specials. Good quality. Look there for gifts. Close to home. Staff are helpful and friendly and do not rush you along. Briscoes all day long.

Location great. No customer service. Lady on counter was pleasant and helpful. Just purchased Royal Doulton towels. Took home washed to find one has a complete seam stripped out on side of towel. First time shopping in store since March last year and not going back for a while to replace

Slightly smaller store than the Albany one I think, but overall was still lit very well and had 95% of the things we needed such as everything related to bedding with a decent number of options to choose from. My suggestion is to use their website to check reviews for the items you see in store before buying since they've got multiple choices for things like pillows, duvets, towels, etc. Staff was friendly and had 3-4 cashiers open to keep the lines moving as best they could. No paywave but that's not really a notable inconvenience at all unless you're only planning on using mobile device payments.

Amazing collections and great people! Veey helpfyp staff knew what is where! Helped us with stuff where other stores hadn't! We had bought pans from the Albany store which were non stick only on the label. We took them back to Albany and they tunred us away even after having the receipts, mentioning they have been used. We went to the glenfield store to buy something else, spoke about that pans to Shilpi. She said we could bring them back if we are u happy. Grace and Shilpi were the two staff that helped us. Reversing a negative experience to a positive memory. Brought us back to believing in the Briscoes brand!
