Very busy shop especially when they run the special, you can buy almost everything for you kitchen need and some outdoor furniture. It’s a good place for shopping. VH

Great place to buy all the household stuff. Anything and everything required in your house, you'll get it here. Best time to visit when they have clearance sale. Dedicated parking space makes a easy access to the shop.

Just spoke to Reynold (?) on the phone and they were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Great customer service!

Not the regular branch I visit, in fact my very first time there. Nice big store, kept generally tidy (went in on a Saturday afternoon (after 4 p.m.). Staff were friendly and approachable when I required assistance. Picked up many good bargains as there was a sale at the time. I wouldn't hesitate in going back if I can't find something at another Briscoes store.

Excellent place, Extremely spacious, has everything for home Kitchen, room, bathrooms and travel, can be considered a bit expensive but has good promotions and high quality, I highly recommend it.

Visited today, planning to buy an electric blanket. A very nice gentleman offered his help, even checked at the back. No luck. But later on another lovely lady at the checkout helped me, purchasing online the one I would like it. Super friendly staff, thank you so much for your help, time. Truly appreciate it.

Id prefer this store from all its other stores, purely because you find everything in stock & there is no shortage, it is a fair way to drive but worth it.

Got lucky and managed to visit while there was a sale on. There was a great selection of products and I left with more than I intended, but I feel like I'll never buy better.

What to say... It's Briscoes! But we had amazingly helpful staff dealing with us, keeping the smile on and going beyond expected level to help us despite closing hour being so close (our mistake, we didn't realised we stepped in the shop 30min before closure). So thumbs up to the Mt Wellington staff!

Didn't have the product they had advertised online. Didn't appreciate wasting my time trying to purchase something they are our of stock.

Briscoes Panmure is good store with a wide variety of house hold products that you could ever need and want with plenty of car parks and easy access to the store. But the when it comes the check out there is shortage of staff and longer delays waiting to be served. I would recommend them put in self check out kiosks to speed the process up.

Always a good place to shop. Many a times you'd find unexpected discounts here, like today. I was in the market for an umbrella for the kid but didn't realise they had a good deal going instore. Pleasantly surprised.

For a weekend the patronage was light which at least meant a short wait at the counter. A reasonably spacious store. Storage options were what I was after and found a few but not many. But its a good place to buy good cutlery and dinner sets. Kitchen appliances are well covered as is cookware. Coming into summer they are starting to feature things for BBQs, picnics and the beach...towels, umbrellas etc

Ok Sale doesn't mean SALE Actually Like cutlery and variety of items but a bit pricy

Not the best service in store. I bought an attachment mincer for the Kenwood Chef, without realizing it was not a full mincer and didn't get any support or direction from the staff. However, when I went back to return it they were happy to give me a full refund.

If you are lucky, there will be a sale on... Joking, obviously. There is always a sale on at Briscoes. Sometimes, it is for something you need or want. Sometimes, it is a good deal. And sometimes the prices are not as marked. Briscoes is the only place i know that will have a marked price of $179 on something, and then only charge you $29 "because it is on sale ". This has happened multiple times - so pays to check the website when you are buying - things could be much cheaper than you realize...

Good sized shop - better laid out than other Briscoes stores. They would do better if they had more staff on the counter and on the shop floor. Often there are long lines to pay. Large variety of homeware and best to go when they're on sale - which is always .

This is a clean and tidy Briscoes store, probably one of the largest in Auckland, unfortunately. It is also quite hard to navigate and things aren't where you think they would be. The staff are helpful but somehow or a rather there is always a line when I come here in the middle of a week day.

I have just returned a faulty item. The service was excellent, I got refund even though I didn't have the packaging and ticket. Only presenting the bank statement related to the transaction was enough to start the refund.

Always a bargain to be had if you wait till sale day. Check out pick and collect buy online from. The comfort of your home, avoid the weekend sale crowds and pick up whenever it suits you.

Good size,store was way under staffed and the the bathroom section was messy

If you absolutely love homeware and cooking like I do then you'll love briscoes consistent 25-50% off sales. I knew the true meaning of being an adult when I starting enjoying my time shopping here. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, sometimes they're cheeky and give me heads up on future sales. Top notch.

Home of the never ending sale. Ordered an item online which I never got as even though they tried to find my item they couldn't supply me with it. Why put a item on sale when it does not exist? Store was in disarray and a complete mess. Not really impressed with briscoes over the years.

A very busy store when the Briscoes sales are on finding a parking space can be difficult so it's best to get there early. A large store so there is a good selection of items to choose from.

Excellent customer service... I always wanted Briscoe to start click and collect and finally they did it. One more suggestion is that is to start earning some points on purchases to be able to spend back in the store.

Good place to get stuff for your home although you can't help but think these guys buy a product from the manufacturer for eg $10. Sticker it for $40 and say it's on sale 50per cent off. Now it's down to $20. You think you have a bargain but they've just made 100per cent profit. Things that make you go.mmmmmmm.

You can pretty much get everything for your home here except for furniture. They are always having sales and you can usually find a bargain.. but sometimes their prices are a bit higher than RRP ;)

This is a good store because you can always get parking and they always seem to be on sale so nothing seems to be particularly expensive. I like to make chutney and they have a great selection of jars and accessories in season

Bought a cast iron skillet and a food thermometer. Both were on sale, what a steal. The store is clean and the associates are helpful. Would come back again

Very busy shop, Easter Sunday, very friendly staff, well done Briscoes.

Service is great, they wrapped all my glasses and plates properly in papers. Although, most stuff i bought will not be there the next time i visit, so it is hard to find replacement for the same products.

Disappointing arrived 9am floor littered with paper & mess... no cleaning done & only have very expensive cotton sheets now, no Fieldcrest cheaper version!

There is always a sale at Briscoes! This particular branch is very crowded and, although they recently changed the layout, the lines to check out are still quite long when at slower times. Car parking is also terrible.
