Not the regular branch I visit, in fact my very first time there. Nice big store, kept generally tidy (went in on a Saturday afternoon (after 4 p.m.). Staff were friendly and approachable when I required assistance. Picked up many good bargains as there was a sale at the time. I wouldn't hesitate in going back if I can't find something at another Briscoes store.

What to say... It's Briscoes! But we had amazingly helpful staff dealing with us, keeping the smile on and going beyond expected level to help us despite closing hour being so close (our mistake, we didn't realised we stepped in the shop 30min before closure). Briscoes Panmure is good store with a wide variety of house hold products that you could ever need and want with plenty of car parks and easy access to the store. But the when it comes the check out there is shortage of staff and longer delays waiting to be served. I would recommend them put in self check out kiosks to speed the process up.

Always a good place to shop. Many a times you'd find unexpected discounts here, like today. I was in the market for an umbrella for the kid but didn't realise they had a good deal going instore. Pleasantly surprised.

For a weekend the patronage was light which at least meant a short wait at the counter. A reasonably spacious store. Storage options were what I was after and found a few but not many. But its a good place to buy good cutlery and dinner sets. Kitchen appliances are well covered as is cookware. Coming into summer they are starting to feature things for BBQs, picnics and the beach...towels, umbrellas etc

Not the best service in store. I bought an attachment mincer for the Kenwood Chef, without realizing it was not a full mincer and didn't get any support or direction from the staff. However, when I went back to return it they were happy to give me a full refund.

If you are lucky, there will be a sale on... Joking, obviously. There is always a sale on at Briscoes. Sometimes, it is for something you need or want. Sometimes, it is a good deal. And sometimes the prices are not as marked. Briscoes is the only place i know that will have a marked price of $179 on something, and then only charge you $29 "because it is on sale ". This has happened multiple times - so pays to check the website when you are buying - things could be much cheaper than you realize...

Good sized shop - better laid out than other Briscoes stores. They would do better if they had more staff on the counter and on the shop floor. Often there are long lines to pay. Large variety of homeware and best to go when they're on sale - which is always .

This is a clean and tidy Briscoes store, probably one of the largest in Auckland, unfortunately. It is also quite hard to navigate and things aren't where you think they would be. The staff are helpful but somehow or a rather there is always a line when I come here in the middle of a week day.

I have just returned a faulty item. The service was excellent, I got refund even though I didn't have the packaging and ticket. Only presenting the bank statement related to the transaction was enough to start the refund.

Home of the never ending sale. Ordered an item online which I never got as even though they tried to find my item they couldn't supply me with it. Why put a item on sale when it does not exist? Store was in disarray and a complete mess. Not really impressed with briscoes over the years.

Good place to get stuff for your home although you can't help but think these guys buy a product from the manufacturer for eg $10. Sticker it for $40 and say it's on sale 50per cent off.
