B. S.Not many staff on the shop floor , however when I managed to get hold of one , he did exceptionally well , went to the stockroom to look for the item and brought it out. Well done on that. However lack of staff visible means a lower rating

L. B.Just the same as you would expect from any other Briscoes store. It is a good sign when all stores are consistent in layout and service.
Some isles get to be a bit of a mess where there are sales with big discounts. People seem to go a bit feral when there is a bargain on offer.
Good quality overall and staff are over all quite knowledgable.

S.I bought a toaster last week during a big sale. I chose the one that had the best reviews on their website. Unfortunately when we used it over the weekend it kept popping up instead of staying down and toasting. I took it back in this morning and requested a straight swap and the staff were really accommodating. While I browsed the shop they searched out the same make, model and colour and processed the swap. So when I was done (choosing a new coffee plunger) all I had to do was pay for my new item and leave with the toaster and the plunger. So easy and the staff were lovely and friendly.
