N.Last week I got a bag from here before I flew to Christchurch. After reaching home I noticed there was a little paint and scratch marks on one side of the bag.
Once I reported this, Sean and others at the store worked towards helping me return the bag and get a refund remotely.
I really appreciate Coach customer service extended by Sean and others. They acted in good faith and were courteous. I will definitely buy from them again.

k.Not going to lie the reviews did scare me but the staff were very nice they were not pushing me to buy something they were very helpful with my questions. They did not stare at me like the staff at mulberry. Because of this nice experience I will be coming back soon.
