S. C.I was here only to pick an order on behalf of my sister so haven't had much of a shopping experience as such. However, I would definitely like to make a special mention for Angelica who was all alone at the front counter pretty much handling everything and also helping everyone approaching her. She had a big smile and her energy was infectious! She seemed to be a customer service legend and the business should be proud to have someone like her working for them. Although she was juggling through multiple tasks, she was quick to attend to me, collected the items in no time and handed me the box with a big smile.
A.What a great store. First time there today great range of almost everything you could want and great prices. Will be going back again
M. K.Came here to buy 2 sun loungers for $95 each. Had to return them as they didn't fit in my new place. The staff gave me a refund, really nice friendly staff.

C. J.Well stocked shop, with a good range of items to suit most people. Their prices appear to be slightly lower than in some supermarkets. I purchased some plastic stacker-boxes for $7.00. Whereas as a similar item at a nearby hardware store sells for $8.99.Helpful, pleasant staff, which of course they should be.

Pleasantly surprised to find bargains galore
C. B.We normally buy our shampoo and conditioner, body wash here, as well as washing capsules for the washing machine, and shavers. We've brought other things from this shop, but these are our main things which we buy in bulk. Reasonable prices.
A. T.I went here to buy washable face masks at a very reasonable price at $3.00 each in a packet of three. They are very light and comfortable on your face. The staff are very helpful.

Interesting combination of products. Always worth a browse because they just might have what you need. It seems they get occasional bulk lots of random products. Good for a browse if you are passing.

Creams, lotions and potions of use for homecare and personal care/grooming. Mostly well laid out. Mostly at good, sharp prices.
Easy parking. Easy access. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A. C.Lots of good clothing if u can be bothered looking through the racks, cloths are squashed in, bit of a hassle looking through them, but worth it u find the odd bargin.
C.Always great deals to be had at Crackerjack. Place is always jampacked with product so sometimes takes a bit of finding what you want, but well worth it.

S.Make sure you've been potty before you hit this store up. I can be in there for a couple of hours looking at all the deals. There's no bathroom or cafe nearby either. Heaps of bargains to choose from; especially toiletry and cleaning products. Some nice gift ware and household deals to. Bit like the warehouse.
C. C.Not a huge fan of the store but it's a good place to go to get snacky items when they offer them on clearance. This store is pretty tidy and easy to get around

j. b.Warning - prepare to walk out with much more than you planned to buy! Prices are great, there's a wide, wide range, staff are very nice & there's a load of quality products - eg Black & Decker, Nike, Puma
L. B.Great for all things you need. Cheap books. Lots of branded things at cheap prices. Homeware. Clothes. Sweets. Food. Toiletries. Gardening and car items. Lots of variety. Lots of parking. Trolleys and baskets. Just check the best before date on the food. Otherwise great quality! Staff is friendly to s point. Smile and greet you. But then will chat amongst themselves when serving you. Completely ignoring the customer. Until they finish. You will be lucky to get a thank you at the end.
S. D.Visited mainly to get some knitting wool that my wife noticed they had on sale. Plenty of bits and pieces for sale here from clothing, wet weather gear, coffee mugs, wool etc. Worth a look.

W. R.I really enjoy shopping at this particular cracker jacks the staff are always happy and friendly and always have awesome deals.
I did however see an incident where a customer and his gf where very disrespectful to the staff and would not cooperate with the mask wearing rules. This man and his gf were too busy arguing with staff about a mask that they lost their child in the shop and were frantically looking for him. This couple were yelling and swearing at staff. And I think the staff handled it the best they could with the situation they were in especially one staff meme we who was coping most of the abuse from the couple. Absolutely sickening seeing this kind of behaviour from customer who think they can do what ever they want because they are purchasing items. No bloody excuse for that sort of ugliness. l. n.Thank you to the great staff at cracker Jack Henderson! I know times are hard, having to remind adult customers to wear their masks appropriately must be a major drain. This week I witnessed a horrible customer take aim at a staff member simply because she asked him to wear his mask. How unfortunate they decided to subject their child to their behaviour and blame the staff member in a previous review, because of the nature of that customer I know he’ll read my review :) I do hope you seek help for your public outbursts sir .. that is not the kiwi way!
