J.Always my go-to in store or click and collect. Was here this morning. Super CLEAN. Customer service is awesome. I haven't had any problems with them. I love bulk buying from here too. Definitely better than other crackerjack stores I've been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAMS👌👌
J.Affordable and great range of stuff in store! You will always end up buying random stuff that you need at your home! Large selections of items. One of the biggest and well stocked crackerjack. Will definitely recommend. Staff are also nice and always with a smile which is really good!

They have a great range of product from Homeware, Kitchenware, Decor, Gardening, even Toiletrees that are a couple dollars off any supermarket price (great for families of 4+ people) Toys and Seasonal product all at good prices. Staff are super friendly. Not to mention its pretty organised for a busy store, so you won't find yourself rummaging through bargain bins.😊
Q.Use to be really good, could get decent bargains on almost everything. Now not as great, same prices as supermarket/other stores mostly. You get a good deal every now n then.
P.its ok, but some of the prices are the same as the normal grocery stores, some are more, but it does have an assortment of stuff, takes a good hour off your shopping time

15-Dec-2020 my son's needed to use bathroom facilities. No facilities available in a large block of shops, when I spoke to Manager of the store she explained that staff especially the females at their time of the month have to go to use the facilities at the nearby Cafe. Can only imagine what it this situation is for all employees and shoppers. Centre Management need to upgrade facilities to allow employees and shoppers to have use of clean and accessible facilities.

T.It was very good. Just an hour ago I came from cracker Jack. At the stuffs are cheap there. Just bought me a body lotion and shower gel. And until I went to the check out the staff member told that the body lotion and shower gel 3 for $3:00. Was happy to here that. Can't wait to go to the crackerjack again. Thanks crackerjack. Will visit again.
