Got my regular waxing done here a couple of days ago and had a great experience. I was served by Veeera, a charming young lady - she was as very professional and efficient , and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely going there again !

Good prices quick service, they could definetly improve on customer service skills though the girl I had argued with me as I want to my eyebrows thinner. What the customer wants the customer gets. I might find a nicer person there next time I go.

I went to the Onehunga branch and had my waxing done by one of the beautician, Anjili. She was very thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place

Went to the newly opened salon in otahuhu, met the owners of both the onehunga and otahuhu one. Had a great experience, was very relaxing and treatment went really well. Will definitely go back. Have a great Christmas

thoroughly enjoyed my visit here on Saturday just passed. Shweeta (apologies for the spelling) was wonderful and very attentative throughout the 90 minute massage and facial. took my mother and she found it really relaxing also. thanks for the great day!

Got a Brazilian wax done today for the first time and I was really nervous. Reading the reviews about this place also added to how nervous I was but I actually had a good experience for it being my first time. I was served by Veera and she did I really good job and she made me feel comfortable as well which was good. Would highly recommend this place for a Brazilian. If Veera is free ask for her 😊

Diva hair and beauty boutique is my favourite hair salon. Ramz Arora did an awesome job and they did magic with my hair style and colour. The whole team provides exceptional service and i felt so great and pampered.

I went to do my waxing brazilian etc and Veera was so fast and she did a awesome job within 45minutes She won the customer

Had a manicure & pedicure today which I thoroughly enjoyed & the therapist was lovely as well. The only recommendation I would make though is to make the massage a bit longer..only because it was very good :)

I was initially pleased with my haircut but on coming home noticed that there was a random bit in my bangs that was longer than the rest. I had to (amateurly) cut that bit myself. Luckily, it's not overly noticeable, and hair grows back, but still. My little sister then got her hair cut, and I specifically asked that it should be cut in a way that would allow it to be tied up, but it was cut way short and with too many layers. The cut is fine; it's just not what I asked for. And her hair can't be tied up for a while.

Amazing services by ANJU! Never met a more hardworking lady as she dedicates her work solely to and for her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they get everything worth their penny. So skillfull, extremely gentle and friendly. Great work ANJU!

I really like her work as I finally found someone in Auckland who knows how to do foils and also hair cut exactly the way I asked. Anjali is an excellent beautician with a very contagious smile. She knows exactly what you are after and how you want it to be done. She is an amazing asset to Diva. Always makes me feel 100% comfortable. Her services are totally worth the money spent. One of the best beauticians i have had since Kiran and veera. Keep up the good work. Highly recommened.

I had regrowth, conditioning treatment and GHD straightening last Friday (GrabOne deal). Staff were friendly and helpful, I took my 3 month old baby in the pram and they didn't mind (she was asleep the whole time, thankfully). I only booked the appointment Thursday morning, so I'm grateful they could fit me in with such short notice. Colour is great, blends in well with previous colour and will definitely go back to get regrowth done. I'm quite surprised at the negative feedback below as I had great service.

At first when I read the reviews on this page, I had second thoughts but then I contacted Farisha a hair dresser there n asked her if she could actually do my hair to my likings coz i don't want my money to be wasted for nothing and she assured me that she will and she did. My hair looks gorgeous according to my hair color history n i loved it, it was just exactly how I wanted it to be. Totally recommend Diva hair n beauty and if you're still having second thoughts like me then just search up Farisha on fb her page is HOUSE OF STYLES😊
