A.Would be good if items shipped next working day or even the day after that but that doesn't seem to be the case? Communication is OK though, website has a great range, prices pretty decent so I can't complain too much. Will shop again, which is probably the most important thing I can say in a review.
R.Great experience with Dive Doctor. I like that they stock a variety of brands. I am a new diver, had done some research on products and the team spent a good amount of time on the phone over a few days helping me determine what gear would meet my needs. They listened well to what i wanted but also were happy to discuss pros/cons and recommend alternatives; exactly what I was looking for. Informative, reliable and prompt in their responses and put in extra time to get a package together for me. Basically gave me no excuse not to move forward and surely saved me hours/days on google and youtube.
Exactly the type of experience that differentiates buying from "real" stores over amazon and similar online retailers but in this case I was able to work easily with them remotely. Perfect.
B.Realised dive tanks had expired Christmas eve day 🤦♂️. Rung the team at Dive Doctor to see if they could get tested, with a reply of "yup sure no worries, bring them down we will have them done within the hr". Thanks guys saved my holiday, super helpful great team. Enjoy the beers 🍻🍻.

J.Ordered a new bcd reg combo online, they did a super good job setting up the gear. There was a bit of a delay getting a part in, but the owner handled the expectation like a champ. He even tossed in a din-yoke converter for free. Excellant prices as well. Really good dive shop all around. If you need gear in new zealand this would be the place to go. Really happy with these guys!

J.A compact little shop with a wealth full of knowledge. Lots of dive gear displayed out in their great deal packages and heaps of suits to choose from. Very experienced and passionate staff-- I luckily got to interact with both staff members as it was during the week on a rainy day. Both were very friendly and easily shared lots of their experiences and insights to diving. I already had an idea of what to get, but Renae made sure that I knew what I was getting by educating me on the BCD, the regulator system and the SPG. Baf taught me how to properly clean the equipment so it would last me much longer, and fed my curiosities. Would love to dive with them one day. Very approachable people, would definitely recommend Dive Doctor!
