Purchased some craft items and was very impressed with the pricing and customer service. All emails were replied within a day and shipping was prompt and arrived well on time. Didn't have issues with any of the goods and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I discovered the eMax store by accident and since then I have been back many times, it has become my go to store for everything from bags and toys to cables and gadgets. The staff are very prompt and helpful and eMax has a warehouse here in NZ so I always get my items within 3 business days. I always check this store before buying from anywhere else as eMax is often much cheaper than Ali express or wish.

Communication was excellent and very friendly and the shipping and handling was prompt - they estimate 2 days handling and 2-3 days shipping to the South Island (this side of things is obviously reliant on the courier and not eMax). I received my tracking number within the 2 days and received the parcel on the 8th day. 👍 The quality of the products I received was exactly as I was expecting. Thanks for a hassle-free purchase.

I bought a number of items over Easter weekend, and was surprised at how quickly they were dispatched. They arrived promptly, were all as described and as expected, and via very, very speedy email support my glitch was quickly sorted. The pricing is close to overseas, but without the 28 days lead time. Bookmarked in my browser for quick geekery shopping; overall just fantastic.

I ordered a baby sling/wrap for my daughter and Moko. I have not ordered through emax before and they had the cheapest price for this. I expected about a week for delivery. So we were very surprised and impressed when it arrived in less than 48 hours from when I ordered it as we live in the far north. My daughter says the wrap is gold as she can have her arms free for eating and shopping and she can also feed him in it. Super comfortable and easier and lighter than the harness style ones. Thanks emax for the great product and excellent service, we will definitely be using emax for online shopping.

Even though my experience was far from good, I was refunded my money but not including the shipping cost i incurred to be sent a faulty item i received, they offered a replacement and have refunded the full purchase amount i paid for, so they deserve some respect for owning up and meeting me 50/50. Thank you for trying to rectify things with your customers. The correspondence from them was mediocre but was smooth

I brought the children's swing hammock. It was better than I expected. I had previously owned the IKEA version which was double the price. The material is very hardy, nice colours for the kids and just overall made really well. The service I received was fantastic, the item arrived quickly, good shipping price and communication. Fantastic after sales service, we bought a wall mounted shelving unit, one of the glass shelves had a defect. Subsequent communications with the service team were painless and timely. Emax offered to send me a new shelf without me having to ask for one, the item arrived via courier promptly and we'll packaged, I was pleasantly surprised to find alongside the replacement shelf they've also sent me a spare one on top. I purchased a Hitachi Angle Grinder some years ago, and last week it "died". The Carbon Brushes were worn down to nothing. I looked all over for replacements. By chance after talking to a mate, he told me to give "eMax" a try. So, I looked them up, and he was right. They had the parts I needed. I have ordered from emax on several occasions, all have which been pleasant experiences. Products are exactly as advertised (has been great for Christmas presents!), fast delivery and great communication.

Found eMax by chance during a google search. Ordered replacement toner cartridges for my brother printers, ordering was super simple. Contact was almost immediate and tracking link and number was received soon after. Delivery was with in 5 days including weekend. Couldn't have asked for better customer service and products were of similar quality if not better than the original I replaced. Will recommend to colleagues and friends with out hesitation.

I purchased a 16 pin Aux cable adapter from eMax after being quoted $490 for a custom built head unit by a different company and stating that was my only option. A friend of mine recommended I check out eMax to see what they would have available. I paid just under $13 for the product and shipping and I was very impressed with the service, price and quality of the product. The cord is good quality, especially for the cost, and was exactly what I needed. Ordered the product on a Monday and it was delivered by Thursday morning the same week. Couldn’t fault the service from the team at eMax. Highly highly recommend, thanks team!

I'm sorry I cannot remember the lady's name that assisted me, but more companies need a friendly helpful individual such as this lady. I was after a zits bath that fits on a toilet. I called and asked her how long it would take for delivery. I think a lot of their products comes from Australia. She told me it would take At least a month. I was devastated as I needed it within a week. She told me she will check to see if they've this item in their warehouse. She personally went out of her way to find it for me and sent it via courier the following day. Thank you so much!! This item is not that easy to find in NZ for some reason whilst a lot of woman especially, can benefit from it after giving birth and for people like myself going for hemorrhoidectomy. The price through eMax on this item was also very good! I've seen a similar item on one or two other websites with rediculous prices. I would definitely recommend this company and the lady that has gone above and beyond helping me.

I purchased 2 walking sticks or Hiking/walking poles the price was fantastic they arrived promptly. I need both knees replaced due to ostio-arthritis and I've been struggling but didn't want a Granny style walking stick. The day they arrived I used one when I went shopping and instead of having to sit down and rest after 10 minutes I was able to wonder and shop for an hour just because of a less that $6 walking stick!. Great quality! Highly recommended!

Amazing little store with a huge warehouse of electronic goods. Service is great and quick. Prices are just unheard of, so cheap! Never tried the delivery service though. But pick up was great, prices are great, lady at the counter very nice. All in all 5 stars. Would trade again.

They have a very wide range of products available. Since they allow pick ups, I typically order a day before on TradeMe before driving down to collect. The range of electronics items on offer is quite interesting and utilitarian in essence. Unique and a little difficult to source! The delivery staff behind the warehouse collection counter is quite efficient but someone's got to tell them that there's something known as 'service with a smile' and it does not cost anything at all! It only amplifies your good image. Had a DashCam ordered & collected and on unboxing, found that it had scratches on the screen and the same when returned, was accepted and an immediate refund made. The collection centre or the warehouse is closed on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Collection timing is around 9.30 to 4.30 and the couple of times that I've gone to collect items, the process was a breeze! Ample parking space is available for your vehicle.

Initially I was hesitant using this site, took the risk and did purchase products more than once. Overall, great service; good communication with eMax team; fast delivery and good competitive prices - based on my experiences I would recommend eMax.

We ordered a motor bike cover to use to cover our two ebikes whilst travelling with them attached to the rear of our vehicle. The order arrived promptly and the cover provided protection from the rain as we traveled. We found that the elastic trailer netting over the top kept the cover stable.

A slight delay due to Festive but all now sorted and would recommend the Trader who has a lot to offer at great prices. Very efficient with deliveries and service, have dealt a couple of times with great results.

I ordered two items from eMax last week. The items were received by courier very well packaged and delivery was prompt. Both items were exactly as described so very happy and will do further business with eMax.

Kinda like an Ali express, but at home! Products aren't official, but are decent! I baught a laptop fan cooler, and for $15,and with about $6 in upgrades, I made it just as good as a 60$ one! I would reccomend if you're looking for small things such as Google cardboards, and nothing too expensive! Would rate 5 if products were higher quality!

My Excap usb cassette capture device arrived this morning. It is working perfectly and I have already converted side one of my first cassette to mp3. Yours is my third attempt to purchase such a device. The first one cost $80, but although it did produce something labelled an mp3 file, the file would not play on my computer using any of my 4 audio player programmes. The second, which would have cost $45, had the order cancelled because the online sales firm had run out. Yours, costing just over half the previous price, arrived promptly and works perfectly. You will get good quality Chinese products. It is better to buy online or via trademe and then pick up as there is no display centre as such. You may also buy any product while you are there but keep in mind that your credit card will not be accepted over the counter.
