Good fancy new store, plenty spaces and new layouts...staff are always friendly. First two hours parking free in the mall or nearby on street pay and display parking is available. The only thing could improve is that one some cash counters, the cramped 3 terminals into one, it wa a very hard and crowded when all 3 terminals are fully occupied and customer s being served.

Farmers Newmarket is jam packed to the rafters with stuff everywhere. They have a very impressive selection of clothing to choose from and their kitchenware and goods aren't too shabby either. My only complaint is that I can never find where the men's fitting rooms are - they are hidden in a little alcove and there's always a bit of wandering around before you find it. Otherwise, I've always had pretty good service here and staff humour me when the wife is digging through her bag finding her member's card.

Really first class service here. All staff are super helpful whether you're looking for something new or wanting to return something. We've been very regular since the Westfield reopened and it's been consistently excellent service every time. The store layout is open, vibrant and modern. The store is very kid friendly and finding things is a breeze. Special mention to Sapna in the women's department who's service we would compare to the likes of service you get in the USA - absolutely excellent, thank you!

Great shopping centre. Car parks are confusing, very hard to find the correct level you’ve parked on. I’ve heard that a lot of people have trouble finding their cars after shopping.

We went to the men's section at Queen Street, Auckland CBD to buy business attire for my son, the young lady Shahbano was exceptional. It was like having a personal shopper, advice style and size. Truly a lady who knew her business. Fantastic service!!

I'm giving five stars today, which is unusual for me, because of the service I received today (29/09/19), from a young Indian guy on the POS on left as you enter on ground floor. Forgot to get his name, but he was excellent. Friendly, chatty and just making good all round conversation, OH, and actually smiling. I get extremely bad customer service in Auckland, like seriously bad, but this guy was great. Amazing new store also, got what I wanted at a great price... 🙂👍

My first port of call was to Farmers at "The Base" Hamilton. Needed a replacement lipstick. Not in stock here, but Janeen at Estee Lauder counter went the extra mile and found that the colour I wanted at Newmarket. I phoned and was told that there was one lipstick in stock and one of the managers called Laura offered to post it to me and that my purchase was on sale! I am delighted with the way this purchased was handled and that fact that I felt like an important customer, even though my purchase was minor. Thank you to the Farmers team. Gloria.

Huge selection! I came in to look at the makeup area and there were quite a few brands that I hadn't seen at my local Farmers which was super exciting! Also very friendly staff who greeted everyone and asked if anyone needed help - I liked it a lot!
