Went in needing to buy a lot of stuff for our new house. It could have been a bit of an overwhelming experience but the staff were so helpful and we felt like VIPs while shopping. So glad we decided to go here. Plus the sale made everything affordable.

Farmers store was clean and tidy. Felt so sorry for the polite, efficient customer service assistant in toys department, so many sales on and she was the only lady on the counter, all by herself she served from one side to another on a busy christmas season Thursday morning. Terrible to see such working conditions of not enough staff, i wonder why the managers are so mean? Must be extremely stressful to work there under such conditions.

I love shopping here staff so obeservant as i was there two days ago. Daughter I was browsing once we entered into Farmers. I got distracted noticing a perfume box hadn't seen for years yes the brand Estee, Elizabeth Ardern memories took me back to my mom those purfumes. Huge clean shop - I was a but annoyed that the corner entrance was closed but understood the precautions they had to make with Covid entrance control. Always some good Thursday specials but they items I liked were not part of the discounted items so I left with a bit of a underwhelmed mood - but likely not their fault - so still good for 4 stars

A pretty tidy Farmers, their clearance section is not the most organised section I've seen in a farmers, it's a real mess. Their plus size area has improved a lot over the past year, a little way to go yet for me though. The buyer must have a particular view on what plus size people like to wear without actually being plus size, or young for that matter. I still shop there though!

Northwest mall. On Thursday evening we purchased a couple of items from two retailers and then sat down in the food court for a bit, then got up and left them behind. I thought so much for that, my bad, someone is on a win but no. Thanks to cleaning staff and Mall customer services my faith in humanity is restored. A big ups for all involved. Good on you all. Waiting 25 min to buy a rug. The store manager which start to ask to our nice vendor where is the second rug of the same colors when he was going to give us the one in display (as he can't find any). She followed him everywhere asking him differents stuffs about rugs, when we are just waiting to get our one. It's not the time to do your inventory. Anyway vendor was really nice and I love the product but the customer service is always horrible.

Good store, good selection. Some areas feel a bit cramped. When being served at one of the counters, there are displays of products that make it a tight, awkward squeeze for someone behind in the queue to get past to the next available cashier. Otherwise, fine. Clean and tidy and plenty of staff for assistance in specific areas.

The shopping aisles were so wide and lots of room to walk around, lots to see , selections of women's clothes is amazing!! But everyone sales person were busy, so don't expect them to be helpful unless you're at the cosmetic and fragrance departments. Loved the changing rooms!!

I visited the menswear and was happy with the attentive service of the male staff member, but disappointed by twice visiting and finding the dressing room locked. The newer store in the area. If retail therapy is what you were looking for or wanted some necessities then that will be easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result.

Well layed out and very tired staff seem to stick to themselves and chat with eachother only offering help of you ask which dosent bother me but may bother some. However very friendly and good service once you have approached them whether to ask a question or make a purchase. A little on the pricier side you can often find the same or very similar items for cheaper but nice quality. Offers stevens kitchenware and other quality brands. Very chic stuff.
