Very small and limited choices, 5 star cause Customer service was awesome. A lady from checkout helped me out with picking some make up. Forgot her name, but she seemed of asian descent. Thank you again for your patience though you guys seemed short of staff that day ☺️

Looking for dress, and found blue Ella j. Great bargin. Farmers were still well stocked. Plus good specials. .

Incredibly well stocked Farmers in regards to homeware and clothing - that said, it does end up looking quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. Thankfully, staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Pleasant and Staff were so helpful from the minute I had walked in to the shop..

My fav Farmers to go to in Auckland, drove 45mins to get but well worth it 👌

Good well stock Farmers store, one does need to wait for the very regular sales as this is the only way too buy here, the Sale savings are so significant that you'd be crazy to buy anything at full price. This is so at so many stores selling just about every need one needs household wise, would be much better that they all have their best honest prices all year round then Kiwis don't feel they are being ripped off unless purchasing during these frequent sale days.

Popped in and got exactly what I wanted in the womens department, so easy versus going to Botany or Sylvia Park. Such easy parking right outside, lovely staff, honestly we need to keep supporting these guys, it is such an asset to have you in our local area. Thank you

I went earlier in the week to look for a single armchair for my elderly neighbour. Jeandre Du Toit was polite, efficient and extremely helpful. It is rare to get such good service these days. We went back today with my neighbour to buy the chair because I knew Jeandre was there. He is very capable, was the only staff member there and has all the qualities of an future excellent manager.

This is the closest Farmers store to my home. Convenient.

Came here to treat our Grandsons. Real good selection of toys,well set out,so easy for them to choose. And the most lovely ladies on tills. Nice that NZ still had traditional department stores. I was visiting from UK and have all gone in town where I live,all huge outlets now.

Always a lovely place to shop, clean and tidy and service is on point everytime.

Tidy and clean. Nice store. Needs more signage to clearly see where to find areas. I couldn't spot the toy area which was well inside the store beyond perfumes and clothing. Overall staff were helpful, looking up an item in other stores to save me travelling there for no reason. Awesome!

Quite a nice place to go that doesn't feel intimidating and pretentious as some of the other newer farmers are getting. Also have the best clearance racks.

This place is quite nice. Lot of variety of clothes available for all age. Plus fragrance section is also awesome. I went their on 21st December so got a good bargain. Try to go their on labour day or christmas day lets just say in festival season they have really good deals. Staff is very friendly and helpful when you ask for assistance. Although a little suggestion for farmers please increase your staff at least during festival season. I wanted to buy clothes for my little nephew but nobody was there in kids section however when I went to counter and asked for help they helped me a lot. Still at least one staff should be available at any time in each section. But overall superb experience.

Quite expensive, and not enough stock in different sizes.

Store, as usual, neat and tidy. Good variety of products at reasonable prices. The only thing that sort of urked me a bit, I was dismissed abruptly as the sales person 'was busy'. We all have stressful days but we should still be professional and speak in a nice manner.

Always been a great shop way back in the days when the pakuranga plaza wasn't a plaza but just a small uncovered shopping centre.

In the mall. Small farmers shop. Does not have jewellery. Sanitizing station outside entrance. Easy parking in the plaza car park. Plenty of space in the shop. Great staff.

Good store. Has everything I need and I know where everything is. The staff aren’t very helpful, quite useless though, not all of them but some.

Everything was good until we went to get served, a staff member was on the phone and got another staff members attention to serve. She just stood there and said one moment please and continued to let us wait. Rules of retail: Never let a paying customer wait.

great mall good selection only downfall is farmers is basically kmart without the cheap bangaladeshian child sweatshop labour camps so u end paying like 130 dollars for a scarf.

The place is like a ghost town. 45 minutes there including a trip to the changing rooms and not spoken to by staff. In actual fact I didn't see any staff. Shame but owning retail myself I know overheads will be high and turnover difficult so running on Skelton staff. Product and prices in store good though.

High quality clothing at reasonable prices. Great options in the discounted sales section!

Reasonably stocked,staff in the perfume and cosmetic department are always friendly and willing to help.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Parking excellent. But sadly everytime I go they are out of stock my size. Several months ago it was Berlei bras, I wanted 3 but only 1 in stock. Today it was Ambra cotton leggings black T/XT , wanted 2 pairs only had one. Also wanted one of their jumpers , u guessed, only s and m sizes. I strongly suggest u call first to make sure they have stock in. Lesson learnt and will definitely call them before I go in again.

An average Farmers. I'm comparing it with the branch at The Base in Hamilton which is excellent. The one in Pakuranga is just okay. Their handbag dept was very limited as was their jewelry area. Staff I spoke to were friendly. I was NOT mpressed that in the middle of shopping I had needed to use a bathroom but rhis Farmers doesn't have bathrooms for customers so I was forced to walk down the mall. Too bad Farmers, you lost my business at that point as I found what I was looking for at a store closer to the bathroom area in and mall.

Farmers is Farmers. Been to one, been to them all. Quite a pleasant store. Christmas decorations are out on shelves far too soon.

So cooperative staff good Verity and quality is actually good. I love shopping farmers, sometimes lil expensive but wait for sale n it's the best time to go

Staff very helpful when asked. Great savings on doonas so now is good buying. Farmers are generally not cheap buying.

Far easier to park than at Botany Town Centre, although possibly a smaller range of stock.

Middle of range, handy store. Wide selection of stock, middle of range prices mainly...tend to overprice on some but make up for it with constant sales
