Changing rooms only allow a certain number in at a time so be prepared to wait. They disinfect between customers. Clothes are not steamed before being returned to hangers. When we went there were the Boxing Day sales on. My mum got some good bargains.

There were alot of staff not actually performing any sort of customer service. People left trying to find clothes staff just stood back. I understand covid I deal with it everyday at work. Staff could render assistance bye giving directions to cloths from a safe distance. There were to many woman trying to find sizes with no help at all. Makeup area is different owing to the rules . The good thing is my wife got her 3 garments At 30% off I got to go to the bottleshop for a bottle of single malt.

This is a larger branch with a full range and always specials in every department, professional staff although specialist knowledge of particular departments and their stock was a bit thin from the cash desks which seemed the only help available when I was there in menswear anyway

The most amazing wheely basket experience of my life. Like it was so good it made me want to buy more things just to put into my basket! All shopping stores need to take note of the Farmers design. They could probably encourage people to take them more room. Perhaps change the shape. But the wheels were brilliant! Great sale this weekend. You have some really decent stuff and q good variety of products for most general family home needs.

I have been going to Farmers since I was a small child. At 73 I still go because the products are of a very good quality within a reasonable price range. And you can go to the one shop a find a range of items that you require.

Had tried three times to go and buy smalls. Always got caught out with going on the wrong late night. No staff around as skeleton staff by the looks of it. Had a lady measure me for bra size however she was very busy so with that knowledge I found all the bras that appealed that was my size and tried about a dozen on to come out with two. On my way out of Auckland after a delicious brunch at Triniti of Silver Cafe I popped into Farmers to look at perfumes. The shop assistant was very helpful and very professional. My hubby to be and I were in lastnight searching for perfume for our big day next month. Two lovely ladies assisted us at the fragrance counter and were just so amazing. They took us on a journey as we gave them dear I say it poor descriptions of what we were after. The knowledge they both had about key notes helped us comfortably step outside our comfort zones and find 2 fragrances that are phenomenal on the skin. The Farmers store in the St Lukes shopping mall is arguably the best Farmers store in Auckland. It is HUGE and with such easy access and parking it is a no-brainer to go there as a first choice. The St Lukes Farmers has an extensive range of women's clothing stock and a wide range of perfumes. So it is my daughter's go-to for fashion clothing at a reasonable price. I'm allergic to a lot of perfumes, so I tend to avoid the place, but my daughter loves it. Highly recommended.

Reasonable range of products, but what is noticable is that the people who work there so not tend to possess a detailed knowledge of the products they are selling. If you are looking for a hard-wearing fabric that won't fade you'll get a response such as "well it's a good brand", yeah but that's not what we asked...

We go to St. Luke's Farmer's at least once a week. (If not once, then more!) The staff are great,friendly + most helpful. If your not sure you have bought the right gift, you can ask for an exchange voucher. That helps a lot. Also, keep your docket, and if it's not what you thought something was when you bought it, you can change it without a problem. It's a good place to just go to, and look.

The perfume counter in this store is the best I have EVER come across, it is undeniably the best in Auckland and the reason is the people who nurture it. I use the word nurture very specifically. Farmers doesn't even stock my perfume - although I wish you would (its Cartier Panthere if you're listening) but I still shop there for gifts or just pop in to be uplifted by the wonderful service and knowledge.

The Farmers here is big and have a lot of selections. Good to come here when there is a huge sales. We were here to get our vacuum, beddings, and other stuffs during the big sales. Service was friendly as well.

The store have a large floor space, and to my surprise, it spread over the both levels of St Lukes Mall. The staff members are limited and mostly stayed behind the counters. Cosmetics staff members are similar. Although the large sizes for clothing are plenty, the smaller sizes are quite limited. The baby and children area are quite well stocked, which is handy as well as a dangerous area to be with your children around.
