A.My happy pill, fave shop to go to, love their red dot 🔴 sale always looking forward to it. Friendly staff, clean environment and sweet smelling. Quality products however it is a bit pricey hence will do wise shopping during sale.
D.Farmers has always been the main stay for shopping even as a boy. This store is no different. The store is huge and has a host of products to suit anyone. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Clothing very reasonably priced. Well worth a look. Make sure you have time to browse as the shop is big. Worth every star.
S.I have been here a few times and I feel the service is okay and the store is nice. I would like to say that the service over in the Jo Malone section, I am always impressed with because the lady is always helpful and patient with me. She has helped me around 3 times already where I had made a purchase last year for Xmas but I have forgotten her name. So sorry. Lovely Asian lady who is normally working there. If there was a feedback rating section for the Jo Malone section specifically, I would give her 5 stars. Awesome service!
A.Was served by the lovely Suha, I came in to find a gift for my sister and mother not really knowing what to grab. She helped me from the moment i walked into the store up until i left. She was very professional and helpful, I was able to grab both presents within the span of 10 minutes and within a reasonable price range. Absolutely loved her service, definitely a keeper. C.Love coming to this Farmers, it definitely completes Sylvia Park. Checking out homewares & picked up some fake greenery to add to a vase (the gladioli are from spotlight). I forgot to say, the vase is also new and from Farmers. A lovely dark green ribbed tall vase so good for this type of floral arrangement

J.Thank you Sarah in the children's department. You made my night. Tonight I specifically went to Sylvia Park Farmers as they were the only store showing stock for a toy I wanted for Xmas. With 2 children in tow I saw a lady in a aisle with what looked like the last toy left (My toy). I was desperate to get my hands on it. Sarah went out of her way to call to other stores to find the toy but no luck. With only one showing on the system I knew the chances were slim but Sarah was happy to look for me anyway & to my suprise she found it. I was almost in tears. Really appreciate it. Thank you
A.WOW!!! Visiting this store is like being in a department store in Melbourne. Fabulous selection and we managed to get everything we were looking for and more.
E.Lovely and new and well laid out. I worked at Farmers in Hobson St way back in the late 50s early 60s and had a great time there and still enjoy shopping at Farmers.

H.On visiting the store for the first time. Once I was over the kool "newest store factor". Nothing exceptional especially so given this is Farmers newest store. - Of course bear in mind, we are not here to appreciate the view of the architectural wonder. We are here to "shop - buy and look at product. As long as the background allows us to do that then fine.
Like a well designed website, Farmers "background noise" used a lot of white and sparkling light to view new items against.
In terms of layout and standard; an exact replica of the other stores around Auckland. I wanted to find the Mens department, which; was located in its normal place, up the elevator stairs and to the rear of the store.
Parking
Something I appreciate when shopping in Malls, is the get in get out quick factor. - Especially as parking at Dressmart mall is an example of how terrible that experience can be, along with the incessantly long time to find a park.
There is ample parking just outside of Farmers Department store, Use the new parking access - Car park 1 or 2 at the Southern end to be closer.
Note for Elderly shopping
As I have mentioned Farmers Store stretches over 2 floors with escalators to ease your journey. The department store square footage is very large. For elderly people who might wish to peruse as they shop, this may become either uncomfortable or tiring. Apart from asking the attendants to provide seating;
Taking advantage of Farmers online internet shopping
Make use of their online shopping facility and do your 'perusing" there.
That will help you minimize the time spent in store.

Foot Traffic - Using Google Maps to advantage
An important facility provided through Google maps is a time based, customer visit frequency. This is an 24 hour bar graph that shows what time traffic is in store. This shows the peak and quiet times. This assists you by providing information that could help you to plan your travelling times.

A.Tatyana was incredibly helpful on the bobbi brown counter today covering for someone else. She jumped in to help me straight away and even helped me apply the lippy in two different shades and corrected my lipliner. I found her very pleasant to deal with.🌟🌟

For Many Year's now,my Dearest Daddy takes my Kiddies to Farmer's,to Spoil them with Gifts,for Xmas.
We went to Pakuranga,and Manukau Normally.
This is our First Year shopping at the Brand New Sylvia Park Store.
It is Absolutely Amazing.
