I was looking for some mens suits clothes for my 13 yr old sons graduation dance (while he's at school) and asked the lady at the counter if my son does not like these clothes, would I be able to get a refund? She looked at me and rudely asked how old my son is and I told her he's 13 and she told me to go downstairs to the kids section even though I already told her that my son is a very tall and big boy, taller than me! Not good customers service, she didn't even smile or greet me nicely 😒. I was also looking for some eyelash glue but they only had the KISS range available there.

I wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff and assistance in this store. I had big issues with my Dyson hot and cold heater I got from Farmers but they loaned me a heater while the useless Dyson company work to either fix or finally approve to replace mine. Thank you to Mel the store manager for bearing with me before closing and helping me and my family out. Side note, never buy that heater guys, not worth $700 (just get a normal $150 heater instead at least they replace without a hassle)!

Usually good products and service. Recently had to return a chair twice. 3rd delivery still wasn't right. Farmers came to the party after I spoke to the mgr with free door to door delivery, a 10% discount and a gift card for the inconvenience. Thanks Farmers
