C. S.As I am in level 3 lockdown I needed buttons and ribbons for the baby knitting I had completed. I went to the shop, explained what I required and the two very helpful ladies went and searched items for me. Brought them back to the counter. Wonderful service, happy and helpful staff.

Much prefer buying things from here than some of the bigger chains because their prices are way more sensible so is better for more frequent/budget projects
T. E. (.Always a great store, helpful staff members. Super cheap for tids and tads. Stop there before going onto the likes of spotlight or the warehouse. Cannot fault it. Sometimes it's best to ask staff to locate and item as there is a lot in store.

J. A.Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety of craft and DIY supplies, it feels a bit like a treasure trove where you can find things you didn't even know you needed.
S. M.It's an okey shop they have some cheap fabric, it's a 50/50 chance of them having fabric that your looking for. It is close which is great. It's the customer service that is terrible and lets the place, there's two grumpy elderly ladies that are there and when you ask them for help or go to buy you're items they always give you a look as if your the unwanted gum at the bottom of there shoe and they would much rather go back to talking loudly to each other. There is a guy that works in the back sometimes and he is very nice and helpfully.

j. N.It is a very good store from very small things to large fine art supplies in very lower price for many many years. It looks like a great family store from the 80's, or much earlier as I first in NZ about 82.
