The Henderson store was excellent. Tony helped us make the choice most suitable for our specific needs. Excellent and sharp customer service and great advice. Much better than our experiences at larger stores ranging a range of household appliance. If you are looking for a Vacuum cleaner, would highly recommend Godfreys store.

They got a wide range of floor/carpet cleaning products at a reasonable prices.

Kia ora Godfreys Waitakere, we bought a vacuum cleaner from you in 2019 and I came in yesterday requiring support. Ty was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me sort the problem. We really appreciate good customer service that ensures we continue to be repeat customers in the future.

I reckon Godfreys is great for selecting the perfect vacuum for your needs. You can try them all out to compare and get some real solid advice from the sales assistants. We were sick of going through junk vacuums over the years so we went to godfreys and had a really great experience selecting our new sebo K1 which goes like a dream! Tony looked after us the whole time, I highly recommend this store!

So extremely happy with the amazing service and help we had with Tracy, she knew all the information we needed and didn't pressure us into anything and really took her time showing us the products. we ended buying a steam mop and a carpet cleaner and there both so amazing and work so well - we've never seen our carpet and floors so clean! thank you so much Tracy fro being a superstar.

I have been buying from Godfreys near Kmart Henderson for many years, and have always had outstanding service from Tony and his staff. I would recommend this store/branch to everyone, not only are their sales product knowledge fabulous, the the after purchase service and care is awesome. I came in to enquire repairs for my vacuum. Unfortunately I was informed you do repair my model. So I started looking at your models and your sales person who's name escapes me told me I should call the manufacturer of my model to see if it's under warranty. So I left and made that call and it was. So they repaired it for free. Its service like this that I really appreciate. I may not have purchased anything but I swear in future I will. Thank you so much :)

Ty was wonderful to deal with. Very pleasant experience in Godfreys, Henderson. He gave me my options on different types of vacuums that I could afford. He wasn't one of those guys who 'push you into something you don't need or want to buy'. I told him exactly what I needed (as I just moved into a house. Previous tenant had a cat). I purchased the Hoover Regal Bagless 9011Ph and I can honestly say this is the best vacuum I have ever brought! I also brought the Eco Spray Mop and mopping has never been easier. What an amazing experience it was when we purchased our first Sauber vacuum cleaner. Our carpet is now unbelievably clean and also smells amazing! Ty was the man, always helpful and very friendly and made our purchase a memorable one. Thanks guys :)
