M.People that assist you are great but Gem Visa are pathetic. This 60 month deal......joke. I can well afford to pay out right but why would you when you see an offer for 60 months interest free? We have a front loader on the deal at the moment and wanted to put a fridge on last week and we're told by Gem that the credit limit could not be extended for another six months.....so we went to Harvey Norman outlet in Takanini and ordered a brand new fridge through them. Paid for it out right because of how helpful they are there. The salesman there was fantastic....go have a look if you need anything. He hooked us up with a good discount too.

They can't be beaten for prices and its services, be amazed.

I was welcomed into the store and taken over to the salesman who dealt with what I was after, and was made to feel valued as a customer - in direct contrast to one of their competitors with the predominant colors of red and yellow where I received the worst customer service I'd had for some time. Our sales assistant Patricia was supper amazing and served my daughter on her iPad purchase for almost 2 hours with so much patience and care and made sure me get all the value and freebies and added benefits for the purchase. We were extremely impressed with her service 🤗❤️
E.I went into store today as I wanted to print out some calendars and the online app wasn't working. I found the instore experience not very great after asking for help from Lucy behind the desk as my USB drive wasn't being read by the kiosk then she had said if you have other files other than photos on the USB it usually interferes with reading it, I then asked if it was possible if I could delete the other file off the USB using one of the computers there? She then laughed and said we can't do that. May have been because I arrived 20mins before closing but I've been to this store several times before where the other staff members went above and beyond I had been there literally acouple days prior and had the kindest person serve me after spending over an hour and a half on the kiosk with 2 kids with me and had a similar issue with there machine I believe the other staff member was aluora she was amazing! I hope when I do go back tomorrow I don't get a staff member who's going to laugh in my face and have me go home to delete one file. Left so disappointed with Lucy's service! People should be a bit more mindful

C.Went in to look for a new fridge. They have a great range and very good pricing. However, the standout feature was their salesperson called Aman. He was patient, listened to all I required and then recommended a perfect solution.
Moreover, on the day of delivery, he kindly arranged a suitable time with the delivery crew to assist us with caring for a sick family member... I was grateful for his assistance as he'd already "made" the sale the week before but still was doing his best to give the best customer experience.
I'd happily go back to purchase from Aman again and recommend him to all.

great a friend staff tho on the tv and washing machine areas. but who every is responsible for the head phones area is way over selling there up sell asked for a wireless head phone or earplug the tv but keeps recommending me the one headset that cost 400$ and keeps on saying that this is the only one that works for the tv.... i asked so other wireless headphones or ear buds don't work with the tv even with bluetooth? he says (NO)..... retrain him please

D.This store is for electrical appliances, fridges, phones TV's and computers. No furniture here. The floor area is huge. I had great service and staff are superb. Well worth a visit, prices are really good.

Our most recent purchase was an LG OLED TV and the choice and technical differences for smart TVs can be quite bewildering. We only have satellite and the helpful information from Ryan (31) was the main reason we chose to purchase here.
We will also be purchasing a Freeview recorder in the next month or so and once again the information from Ryan was invaluable in deciding which one would work best.
They have competitive prices and it is a good time to be buying a new TV.
S.Psychotic door opener said "we dont open till 9oclock". Then seemed suprised when i pointed out it was 9oclock. Get another door opener. A useful and polite one. Service once actually inside was impeccable as usual.

J.Really hard to give a 5 star rating to a big box electrical store. But I had an issue with my daughters HP Spectre laptop. There was no mucking around they offered a CREDIT and then let us decide if we were happy to buy the same laptop or something else that may take our fancy. We went with replacing it with the same. I have brought many things from here, iphones, Samsung phones, new fridge and freezer, Beats headphones etc. For the most part probably would only give 3.5 stars? maybe 4 stars? if not for the faulty laptop experience.
S.A large store full of electrical goods. BUT, VERY hard to find someone to help you! The staff are ALWAYS too busy talking with their colleagues and don't pay any attention to customers unless you 'wave them down' or break up their pathetic conversations. Absolutely no regard for customers!

a.It's ok. Usual stuff. Can be expensive so shop there when there is a so called sale on. Don't really have anything out of the ordinary. Be careful when you pay as they try to put on extended warranties on your bill without asking or telling you.
