H.Another very good experience today at harvey Norman in henderson. Jammie was the man super easy to talk to full stars on customer service, hence why I always return your shop.

Everything was fully explained. Ended up purchasing g the product.
P.I found Harvey Norman's to be so clean and well organised. The staff member I spoke to was so helpful and courteous, as I am sure all of the staff there are.
R.My visit was for a Click & Collect for an online order. I followed the online instructions and parked in the Click & Collect allocated car park. The order was brought out to the car within 10 min. The service provided was excellent.
V.Good customer service. Staff approached me asking if they could help within approx. 6-7 min- unlike staff at Noel Leeming, St Luke's! I was at Noel Leeming for over half an hour and none of the staff even came near me!
R.They can make some mistakes with your order over the phone, but then I talked with manager and sort it out. On the pick-up the staff was friendly and helpful.
F.Some staff did not know product or how to help. One staff member standing at front door to greet did not her stuff at all. Very disappointed

R.So, I have been here a couple times to print something in large format and they have been amazing with setting expectations and making sure that it is well packaged for transport. Jordan is a whiz in the photo area and asks all the right questions. You can tell by talking to the team that they have a great working culture focused around efficiency and service. P.This is a electrical home appliance store. They have a great range of electrical goods at super reasonable prices. I bought a brand new Harmon Kardon portable speaker from them, at almost half the price of other appliance stores

Y.Went there to print photos. The kiosk machine kept getting stuck on loading photos but the staff were helpful in explaining the reasons why it might be and that we may unfortunately need to cancel the order and do it again online. Upon pulling out the USB stick out it did work again and found a couple photos had errors or were corrupt which might have why it got stuck. Anyways, got the job done and will see them again tomorrow to pick up what we came for.

B.We went to this place in the idea to get a laptop. Jonathan was assisting us to give us the information on the various types of them. I must definitely say that he did a fantastic job and was very very patient with us. Cause we found it pretty difficult to make up our minds on which one to get. But he stood there with us the whole time and helping is to chose the right one. And yes we finally did 😁 phew!! Thank you very much Jonathan for your kind help and your patience, I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends out there cause the prices comparatively were cheaper here as well and the help that you get from the staffs 😀

A.It is always a pleasure to shop in the Henderson branch. The staff are always so helpful and will go out of their way to solve any problems you may have. Their prices are always competitive and at times there are some real bargains to be had. I bought an end of line 32 inch TV for 376.00 a saving of around 100.00. Their Boxing Day sale was out of this world!
Z.Returned a 6 month old toaster, that died.
No issue, they checked my purchase history, and checked to see if it was working, which it wasn't, so immediately asked what I wished to do, I requested a same model replacement, I was handed a brand new unopened item.
Very helpful and courteous staff, highly recommend this store, and the small appliances sales staff.

S.Unfortunately I didn’t grab the young ladies name who served me, but hands down this store rates HIGH on my list of GOOD customer service.
She was warm and welcoming when I arrived to her dept of the store and was honest in her opinions on what product does what and what product is a bit better than what the other does ect. I will most definitely be returning to this store in the future.
Not only was this young lady outstanding with her sales skills, the young man at the cashier was absolutely awesome, awesome by his way of welcoming myself into the store, and Awsome in the way he handled the elderly lady with her purchase.
She was struggling with her payment and he patiently helped her, and then apologised to myself as I was left standing and waiting.
He also goes on my list as an awesome cashier.

I needed to get a lap top for next year for my son to do his NCEA work on. He has some special needs and using a laptop instead of handwriting everything, will give him a better chance at being able to achieve NCEA. Being on one income and me barely knowing how to plug a laptop in yet alone what to look for when buying one, (Lol) :) ) made the idea of trying to afford and get the right sort of computer almost impossible.
On 1/12/14 I heard that Harvey Norman were offering special discounts to volunteers in the community, and having been involved in some form of volunteer work consistently for the last 30 years went down to Henderson.
I was so lucky to have the store manager of the day serve me. He was amazing! I told him what I needed and he showed me the best options, and was able to explain why they would be suitable. I could tell straight away that he was an expert in the knowledge he had about the products and his whole manner made me feel that he was as interested as I was in making sure I bought the right product for my son. He even suggested certain features on the laptop and the mouse which would help with the special needs my son had which I hadn`t even considered. This man`s public relations skills are the top of the line. He came across as genuine and caring and I felt I could trust him completely in what he was selling. Once the computer and accessories were chosen, he then used whatever discount offers he could to provide me with the best deal possible in the best way to make it affordable. He then handed me over to another assistant to complete the purchase and this man was just as caring and and wonderful. He took over happily and saw the deal through right to the checkout, to make sure my whole experience was completed with minimum effort on my part. What a wonderful, amazing experience I had this day! I feel so grateful to The Manager of that day and his floor assistant for really caring about their customers and making sure that customers receive the best deal possible and the best product possible for their needs. Thank you also Harvey Norman for even thinking of having a special deal for volunteers in the community. What an awesome gift you give with that. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!. I have shopped at Harvey Norman Henderson for many years and will continue to do so. I have always had awesome service both when purchasing and in the follow up afterwards. I highly recommend this store as being honest, reliable and completely trustworthy. They put customers first every time!

T.Good staff, matched prices for everything I saw that was slightly cheaper elsewhere (with no hesitation) and had a substantially better deal on a Garmin reversing camera than anywhere else.
