C.We went in looking for a lounge suite and usually we like to browse and not be bothered but a lovely man named Francis popped up and asked us what we're looking for, he immediately showed us exactly what we described we wanted and have ended up getting that suite. He was so cheerful and quick when he had to check things compared to his companions who seemed to swagger around. A pleasant experience all round but 4 stars because this place in general is more expensive than it's competitors.
L.Good display with reasonable amount of varieties. However, I think most furniture at Harvey Norman is over priced compared to other high end furniture showrooms. This was not the case before but something must have changed recently. Not too sure about the quality either. I looked at a bed and it was pretty bad build quality too.
R.This experience here is purely from the staff member that helped me his name was Dan. Very helpful didn't try selling me the more expensive product when I asked about two different types, what was suited for my needs he explained about the products. Really really awesome guy, it's people like him that make the shopping experience better. Now when I go back again I will only look for this guy as I'm sure alot of people have favourites from most stores. Thank you for your knowledge and advice Dan.
P.Best large format retail store. Great deals, knowledgable staff. Even had a price guarantee honored a few months later for over $2k.

N.The staff working attitude at Westgate Harvey Norman is much worse than Henderson. Went there for click and collect. They kept me waiting for 10 + 10 minutes without any explanations. Easier to do it online, next time I will choose the home delivery. Wanted to ask about air conditioner installation fee, wasn’t solved. Will just request online later or find another store with online chatting if they don’t have one.

M.Harvey Norman Westgate (electrical department) is like no other who will go out of their way to have issues resolved even if it's outside of the products' standard warranty period.
J.Friendly people, fast service. Bought a dehumidifier from them more than a year ago but there was a manufacturing defect, they offered to replace or get store credit for the product. I asked if I could get a refund instead and they were okay with it. No fuss at all. They processed the refund quickly.
R.The were willing to price match a competitors price. Save me a trip to another suburb. Well done

I went back for an electric bed and again the service was first class. The staff were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products The salesman helped us chose the perfect bed, headboard and even pillows. Many of the beds are made to order but they arrived well ahead of schedule. I'll continue to shop here and I highly recommend Harvey Norman Westgate as a place to shop.

P.Greeted by a lot of the staff, which was nice. Came in to pick out a desk, and a nice young man came to help us out. Love how friendly the staff in store were. Desk was on sale for an awesome price. They had to transfer the desk from another warehouse though and didn't give me a call when it had arrived. No big deal since i followed up the next week and found out it had arrived. Will come back here for more furniture in the future :)

R.I purchased a TV from this store recently and was impressed by Zia the sales guy who was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process rather enjoyable. I would recommend asking to see Zia if your looking at buying a TV.
A.Customer service in the electronics department is definitely friendly however they did take quite awhile to process my order. This is okay given that they are quite a new store and my order was a bit complicated. Hopefully they will be a bit quicker in the future. Definitely recommend considering this Harvey Norman when you are looking for new furniture or an appliance.

G.One of the better branches, with a very wide range of goods. The staff are really keen to help you (so no wandering around looking for help) and are knowledgeable about most of the products.
As always, and not the outlets fault, some of the tech is of a poor quality so check your goods as quickly as possible so that you are able to identify issues and return asap. You normally get to swap out or get full refund which is cool.
Plenty of parking so no issue there.
M.Very friendly and helpful, my son bought an Electrolux 7kg front load washing machine and a Haier condenser dryer, the despatch staff lifted the appliances onto the trailer and wished us a great day. I've had dealings with them before, terrific people.

D.I can honestly say that I've had the BEST customer service experience in a very, very long time. I had an ongoing battle with Samsung with no resolution in sight. Alan stepped in, took control and resloved the issue for me instantly. Prior to this I had purchased a bunch of whiteware for my house, the sales rep's product knowledge was great and again great customer service, really went above and beyond. If I can get it at Harvey Norman Westgate I will not shop anywhere else.
