Absolutely excellent customer service! I was so impressed with the friendliness and overall help of the staff, especially Josie! She was so helpful, patient and kind, even when explaining to me how to set up Laybuy - tap to pay 😅 Pair that with the fantastic skincare ranges on offer, this is definitely my favourite go-to store! Truly the best 💕

They have really friendly staff and have a good range of skincare products. Prices are pretty high compared to other stores online but it's convenient if you dont want to wait for shipping

Hikoco is always the best place to shop K-beauty in NZ This store in CBD looks fabulous and stunning I had a amazing shopping experience in CBD as much as Newmarket store There were more selection and I love the atmosphere

I went there yesterday and a girl with blond hair was really really kind. Also the products that they sell are really nice. Reasonable price.

I purchased some items on their online store and they charged me twice had confirmed that with the bank. Cannot get into contact with them via phone assume it's due to level 4. So I emailed them, still no response 😑 If anyone considered purchasing with them maybe wait till level 2 when u can go in directly. Their online service is not trustworthy. ((The resolved the issue ty))

Good products; slightly bigger product range than Newmarket branch. Though, some products were a bit cheaper at Ippondo

Was struggling with a resurgence of hormonal acne and they staff were so helpful at explaining various products and their purpose to me. 4 days later, my sensitive skin is feeling a lot better! Honestly tempted to just come here for all my makeup and skin needs.

Everytime I am in Auckland I get things for my girlfriend, since I know very little about make-up and skin care the ladies in Hikoco always make it super simple to understand what I am looking at and I always have a happy girlfriend when I return with gifts. ☺️ Well done Hikoco for employing brilliant staff members.

I spend way to much of my pay here but have no regrets. Great range of products, very very quick processing and delivery. Stores in Auckland are beautiful and the cafe is an added bonus

Always really helpful staff who give recommendations and help you find the right products. If you're a Hikoco member and make a purchase you also get to buy any drink from the cafe for just $2. The drink I got was a yuji-ade and it was very delicious!

Helpful staff... The staff knows what they are selling. Reasonably priced korean skincare. This shop is an excellent place for korean skin care not much for cosmetics..the staff is helpful.. you'll be spoilt with choices

Probably the only kbeauty shop I go to in NZ. Very reliable, sales assistants super keen to help you out when asked for. The cute interiors are on point as well!
