A.Cool place that most people won't know. True geek mode wen I enter their domain. Found a awesome 20 sided dice cushion which our friend will flip wen she sees it on her Bday.

e.Super impressed! I made an order of close to $400, and was a bit nervous if the cards would arrived, or if they would be damaged, but I had no reason to worry. They cards came from Auckland to nelson in just 3 days, and were in excellent packaging, and were in superb condition! Im defiantly gonna order more cards soon.

Nice big floor space for card and Wargames.You can book tables online for games for a fee of 10 NZD per player that will be converted into store credit. Just make your purchase after you pay for the table and you get your money back.
Well sorted with Scale 75 paints and the usual Citadel paints. The popular CCG's Skirmish/Wargames (40k, AOS and Star Wars) are sold there as well as some outliers (Malifaux, Lord of the Rings and God Tear).
They are also well sorted when it comes to Board games.
Price range wise they're a bit at the upper middle field, but it's not absurdly high.
R.Went in, asked questions about Magic and where to start, they told us recommendations, quick and good service. Great deal I got. Just buy online and then pay in store, options when online to add on deck boxes, card slots or booster packs. Epic store, lots of good places including a supermarket not too far so easy to go to when going shopping or etc.

Great spot to sell trading card games to, with an excellent online portal to create sell orders and an overall excellent selling experience.
T.This is a very large and really impressive place full of all kinds of hobbies and games. It’s big and clean and the staff are helpful.
Half of the floor is set-aside for regular gaming evenings.
It’s child friendly as well, which is a bonus.

R.I bought some card online from here. I ordered near mint and they sent me damaged cards. They were good about doing a return for store credit.
This isn't a good place to get a gift voucher from. There are a lot of unmentioned terms and conditions to their gift vouchers, there are a lot of things you can't buy, for example entry to events and products that are discounted or available on pre order.
They deserve a good review for good behavior/integrity, but I probably won't buy anything from them again, and wouldn't recommend them.

S.Very friendly staff. Went in to buy a game mat (heaps of choice) and a member of staff mentioned the MTG game they had going. Explained how to join in (with a DCI number), gave me a promo pack of cards and I ended up spending nearly two hours playing. At the end I handed back in my result sheet (better left unmentioned) and received a free card just for playing. All unasked for with no pressure to buy anything. The gaming area and facility's were clean. Will defiantly go back to buy more and spend a relaxed afternoon playing MTG.
S.For what they do, these guys do it well.
They have a large range of board games from a variety of publishers.
They also carry an extensive range of Fantasy Flight Games and Games Workshop products. There's all the latest Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering cards available, and hobby support for products like magazines, painting supplies, model glue, and deck holders and organisers.
The staff are friendly, nice and casual, and they have gaming space with active gaming communities - including people playing games which they don't carry (for example, Infinity).
There's little to no parking, but it all seems to work out. Well worth the trip if you're in the area.

- Most of their staff seems to lack product knowledge outside MTG stuff, so don't expect to rock up, ask questions about products and expect their staff to answer them
- Quite a decent range of games, including some not stocked by other shops
- average website design for shopping for items except MTG products, namely no option to choose no. of products displayed per page, and sort product features by price, alphabetical etc.
- some of their events feel poorly organized, with staff unfamiliar and incompetent about the game being hosted (except unless it's MTG of course)
+ has a decent amount of playing tables and playing space
- have a very limited amount of games to offer in their public game library.
- Get the feeling the management and/or staff really just don't care enough, eg their EFTPOS machine seems to constantly have issues and yet seems one really cares or bother enough to get fixed
