D.You walk in the door and the showroom is full of absolutely stunning product and we wanted it all. I bought what was a relatively expensive kitchen tap - that was 6 years ago. I called this morning and explained how we had a problem with the high spout and Holly was incredibly helpful. Looked up and found my original order, identified our model and asked if I wanted to have a replacement spout sent or collect it. At that stage I still assumed I was buying it as that is what I called for, but this was supplied under warranty. Buy great product and get a great after sale service. Thanks Holly and In Residence - top notch products and top notch service.
