E.We had a very rushed start required and they worked with us every step of the way. Kay in particular was great! The process was clearly explained and they were happy to help out when needed.
They were always professional and responsive. We had a hiccup with available supply and although I think everywhere was struggling with that due to COVID they came up with an awesome solution.
The quality came out even better than I had thought!
I would definitely use them again.

I needed them in a rush and she got these done the same day. Great quality and customer service, If anyone needs Tshirt Printing Kelly is the person to visit at their reception...
A.Kiwi Crew promptly dealt with the complaint in my review after asking me to get in touch directly. I was informed that Jason the employee I originally dealt with is no longer with the company and was refunded the entire invoice balance. Great customer service - thanks!
This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have dealt with.
Amongst 20 items we ordered from them we also had 2 of my personal shirts embroidered. We went into the store several times to get the logo placement correct. We then received the proofs - it was incorrect so we wrote back and finally got the proof of the correct placement and gave them the go ahead.
We had to pay upfront and when we got the shirts back and the embroidery was in the wrong position. KiwiCrew told me that it was't their fault but the factory they outsourced their embroidery to, despite me only ever communicating about the proofs with KiwiCrew and paying them they told me that because it wasn't 'their fault' that they couldn't refund even the embriodery cost. I emailed Jason over several weeks attempting to get the money refunded and he was rude and very poor at communicating with any degree of promptness or care.
So now I have several expensive ruined shirts and no money back.
H.Really good Experience with these guys. Great communication and really happy with the product (basketball jerseys). Would recommend!
