I love your products so I should put five stars. BUT I am super annoyed with my recent online purchase because you guys left the security tag. I know how to take it off but I don't have the equipment to use to remove the tag. It would be easy to just cut it off but as much as possible I want to leave the size label for future reference.

Nice, perfect fit for myself shoes and pants, hats...clean and well maintain same as I was in Hastings city Kmart was brilliant of new stock arrive and gone in a few weeks because consumers they will after for buy new stock stuff on shelf displayer.

Found what I was looking for - laminating sheets. The packet was the only one, and it was already opened, but without counting 100 sheets, looked like most of them were there, but hey, it's cheap enough, and I haven't been able to get any for the last few visits. I left happy. Thanks Kmart.

Pretty hectic store tons of people go at all hours of the day and night. Has all the usual items you would expect from kmart. Parking upper levels is also a mission its best to park downstairs and there's an escalator that goes right to kmart. No bathrooms inside kmart you have to use public ones outside on the left.

Good location, situated next to Kathmandu and a walking distance to Rebels Sport and the Henderson Mall. Lots of car parkings and very convenient to Thursday night market.

Kmart has managed to do what the warehouse has been trying to do for years but couldn't. Make cheap look extremely chic. The Henderson store had a bit of a do-up at the entrance, and it looks oh so nice! Much fancier, thank you so much. Usually, I find this shop a little more crammed than the others, but if you're lucky, depending on the time you go there, everything is super tidy. Staff are helpful and you can guarantee that of you don't find exactly what you are looking for... You will find another 39 things you didn't know you needed anyway. Get familiar! (as a tip, Kmart people - your website can do better in order to help your loyal customers! Work on that) 😉

You can find here household items, men & women clothings, baby stuffs, kids toys and stationary in a reasonable price. Have very big area for shopping. They have a lots of parking facilities at front and basement. Only problem is unavailability of toilets for customers. Recommend for your budget shopping.

I liked it much more when they sold super Nintendos but.. hey its great a place is open til midnight where you can buy most cheap things you'd need. They have pretty decent stock but the quality of most products is average. To me it's comparable to the warehouse, but it feels much nicer to go to and shop in.

This is part of the Boundary Shopping Complex. There is plenty of parking both outside and undercover. Kmart is generally always busy whenever I've visited here. The shop is well set up and clearly signed with the respective departments i.e bedding, boys, girls, men's, housewares, women's etc, etc. They have a good selection of products and wares to fill a home, or to clothe the whole family. Reasonably priced too, sometimes you may even strike a bargain. Kids love the toys section too.

Great selection of stuff as always at Kmart. Lots of easy parking and access to the shop. Shelves had lots of stock on them unlike some branches that often have semi-empty shelves.

A great clearance rack of clothing on sale, right at the door. I loved that. But overall, no customer service, very few staff around the store ( efficiency maybe, but the lack of store 'POP' so obvious, so it also wasn't at the clean standard I am used to at St Luke's. The lolly section was scarce and scattered, hard to find maltesers. Couldn't find (after 5 mins) disposable baby wipes, what so ever....the closest we got were over naps for reusable diapers. That frustrated me, so we left quite quickly having found myself fed up with the layout.

Great store. Has really nice air conditioning which was great since it was just summer. The store itself is huge with a large selection of items from clothing to accessories. If you're looking for a new pair of pants or even a fish tank this Kmart should have you covered.

Good KMart, just avoid during peak hours as the lines will be long because of covid. Better price then Countdown for some of the glass bottles, I know it sounds crazy right? It is best place to buy glass leak proof containers, better than Warehouse and other similar stores. Wall clock for $3. Best yet, buy shoes during sale and you will not stop buying less than a few pairs.

Its an old store so not very big not grate for social distanceing and they have a very weird check out right in the middle of the store but it's still an OK store

Huge variety of goods to choose from. Layout is easy to follow with signage in specific areas. It is a rare thing to need assistance but help is to be found in the self service checkout section if you desire. The counter area is placed in the centre of the entire store, slightly more to the right. The only flaw is the barrier which is the surround to the actual register area come returns via staff section. The wall blocks your view. While you are in a cue you cannot see over the wall barrier or through it and of course not around the corner. You are therefore reliant on somebody telling you there's a free machine to use. I have been a longtime customer. This layout is not practical and to rectify it would have me returning every week like I use to but now I currently go once every month. If they were a salon that would be frequent but it's not. However on the products there is not one complaint to be had. Good value, good products. If you need to exchange it is a smooth encounter with your receipt. There are some exceptional staff members who I have come to know since the beginning of the Henderson branch they are gems warm welcoming very helpful and approachable.

Went with my daughter who needed a few things and it was closer than the Warehouse which has a similar range. They have updated the store and it looks good but the layout needs lots of work and the clothing sections were just messy. The checkouts are at the rear of the store which was interesting. Or you can always check online if its available but 95% majority of the time I check online, this one is always out of stock or low on stock.

This is my heaven. Very well priced, lots of trendy home goods without the huge price tag. Its open until midnight every damn night which is just about perfect, especially around Christmas time. Staff are a bit stand offish and not very helpful unless you make a point of asking for help. I dare you to leave without buying something! If I'm not out in 3 hours someone please call my mum....

Kmart is one of those places which is fun to go if you want to do a bit of retail therapy. And this Kmart is no exception - it has loads of variety, helpful staff and delightful displays. It is a credit to big box retailing that it can feel so personal. I always enjoy a binge of spending.

It is getting extremely busy at this time of the year with Christmas round the corner. Parking is hard to get and after shopping have to wait in line for self-service checkouts.Sometimes it's out of order and other times you tend to get stuck in the middle of scanning; hence wait for someone to come for assistance .Otherwise you get value for money and l love shopping here.

The store has had a remodel and looks great. The prices are great and the selection is too. The quality is not great. We got a backpack for my daughter and the zipper broke with 5 wks use at school. They also have a nearly full self check out system which is rediculiously annoying and painful, it constantly has issues that require assistance and there are only 2 people for about 10 checkout. They don't seem that responsive to the red flashing lights when people need them at a checkout.

Nothing much changes here. Stock levels on frying pans, which I wanted to buy, were down, so therefore, not much choice, but the store generally looked clean and tidy, as indeed it should.

Staff members are friendly, and eager to help. They go above & beyond to make sure that you'll have a great shopping experience. All of their shop have large floor space with much better quality than the warehouse, but at the price-range lower than the warehouse. I used to hate shopping at Kmart, BUT it's now one of my favourite place. The quality has been improving, while still maintaining wallet friendly price tags. Clothing sizes have much wider range, so not just plus sizes clothes. Unfortunately, online shopping experience isn't as good, as the business gives much higher priority to in-store shopper than their online customers: If you think that you can beat in-store customer by placing your order online, then you're wrong. Their website also messed up, so although the website says that the branch have an item on stock, in real life, the store might not have it at all.

My Go to store. Staff are always amazing. Every single area are well organized and clean. 99 percent of what you need are found at kmart. Beautiful and amazing things for such great low prices. Always unique products as well. New arrivals all the time, even though they're a bit pricey they still are great products. Lots of carpark and great location with plenty of shops around.

Price wise this place is always amazing. You can find deals on loads of different items. There's dog toys to exercise clothes to bedding and home ware. If you have some time for a wander it's highly recommended. This place is often very full and messy, best to come in off peek and times. Make note it's open till 12am everyday which means you have a place to go for all those last minute shopping needs. Thursday nights can be busy as there is a night market on in the underneath car park.

It's your typical K-Mart, so it has good range and most things are pretty cheap. The fact that all KMarts are open to midnight now is also a bonus, very convenient for the late night shopping spree! Staff is pretty friendly but can be a bit hard to find on the shop floor sometimes. There's also been renovations to the front entrance to the store but recently looking like it's wrapped up, and it's looking much, much nicer!

Went looking for basic work pants - the clothes racks were an absolute shambles - Everything mixed up - sizes / styles - kids & babies clothes mixed in with adults - Understanding that it is the customers just putting items back willy nilly wherever they choose - But Kmart would do themselves a favor by employing staff that focus on jsut that, making sure everything is in order & easy to find. The staff were very friendly & helpful & took time out when it was busy to try & find an item for me - So 5*'s for the employees I dealt with.

Our go to store for some great lifestyle products and of course homeware! It's no Ikea but the quality of products is heaps better than a certain red coloured brand. Lots of branded "official" merch to choose from. Most Kmart stores have the same layout too so it's easy to shop at any store and not be lost. Lots of choices for toys and Nick-knacks too. Bonus: all stores are open until midnight everyday and the Sylvia park store is open 24x7!! :)

I love K-mart it's brilliant for people on very low incomes. Only issue is that they often skimp TOO much on quality and their products don't last very long because of that but you get what you pay for basically and I've still found about half of their stuff last quite long but the other half doesn't so much - mostly clothes and kitchen equipment.

Great store but delivery was a fail. I liked going to the store as they have very practical options and price . I opted for an online delivery of a kids table and chairs because its only available online. The delivery took longer but thats fine but the thing is, they didnt deliver the item. I can imagine that they just passed by, didn't use their horn or rang the doorbell and just ASSUMED that noone was home. We were ALL AT HOME waiting for the delivery!!! Now after we accidentaly saw the note we had to drive further than our nearest store to pick it up and worse, the first time we picked up NOT ALL ITEMS are available, we had to go back after lunch to get them all. Over all that was 2 hours of travel! 😟

My 6 box of glasses only had 5 in the box. I am medically unable to drive and live rurally in Kumeu , meaning I couldn't go to the store to exchange the glasses so somebody from the store personally delivered me a new box of 6 glasses and they even let me keep the old box of 5 glasses. Kmart totally went above and beyond for me. I will never forget this and will remain Kmart loyal for the rest of my life!! Never have I seen a store go above and beyond for a customer more! Kmart you are truly amazing. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Kmart is great to get everyday things. Lots of cheap clothes for the family. This particular kmart, has lots of parking, most is underground. Everything is tidy and clean. Except for the toy area. The costume and certain toy areas are a bit messy. But that's what happens when kids raid the toy areas. It's open until midnight. Great for those who work late and need to get things. Inside is bright and air conditioned. Staff are friendly. The checkout process with self service check outs is sometimes annoying. When I'm trying to bag my items, and the item can't fit into the bag, so I take it out to put into another bag.. but the machine starts saying to remove the last item from the bagging area.. then waiting for a customer service person for help. If it's really busy, sometimes it takes a while for them to get to you for help. 8/10 for kmart!

It's Kmart. It's the best. If you want pet products or stationary it has it. It's way less crowded than any other Kmart so I recommend the Henderson one the most. Well stocked and tidy with very helpful workers.

Kmart has undergone a revamp. Was always a more pleasant shopping experience than the warehouse now their quality of merchandise has improved they can be decent competition for the red sheds. Don't like being forced to use the self pay kiosks though, that's a step backward for the customer experience.

Good range of merchandise, affordable, and of better quality than in the past. The checkout system takes a little getting used to, as l can imagine the elderly, (of which l am one,)would need someone to assist them initially, to help pay for the goods. But that l guess, is progress!!

It was an average k-mart store, decent size quite busy, but low stock. The staff seemed few, and I had difficulty telling them apart from customers as well as the lack of front staff helping customers. The website is misleading, so if it says "low stock" the item vary well not be there. Overall okay experience, but a waste of time.

The bulk of the store is nice and today but I do find that some areas, such as the toy area end up hard to find what you want and often a walking haazard. I also don't like the layout of the new checkouts, especially when busy it can be hard to find a checkout that's free. Other than that, theres a good range of products.

Not a store I usually shop at. Website said they had ladies gumboots but they had none at all. It's convenient that they're open till midnight as I needed a chilly bin urgently and all the other stores were closed.

All KMart looks the same. It’s nicely arranged in sections. It’s a poor mans farmers. The quality of items here is much better than wearhouse. There are lots of options and variety with cheap prices. With single queue to the till, on a busy day it’s a long wait to get out.

I didn't know that the cover car park was managed by another company and one day while I was shopping at Kmart my car was retained there as they closed the car park at 6:00 pm but a nice manager from Kmart sorted it out for me and I didn't have to pay the fine.

I love kmart but i also hate it. Mostly i hate how i go in to buy 2 things totalling $12 and walk out $120 later without what i originally went in for. It has changed quite a bit over the years and I'm not sure all for the better. They no longer do laybys or have a photo department. And they have taken out all human checkouts so its all those awful machines where you have to scan and bag your own items. I mean honestly they are the worst the scales are spotty, they glitch and if i wanted to scan and bag my own items i would get a job as a checkout somewhere. I dont know if they have friendly staff or good customer service because its rare to actually see someone working there apart from one person monitoring the electronic checkouts who doesn't speak to you and the security guards who mostly just nod in your general direction.

After the refit the store looks modern and stylish. Paying is mainly self service however there's still a counter operated by a staff member if you require it.
