Most excellent click and collect experience in level 3. order was ready in just under 3 hours. very clear instructions provided. despite them looking extremely busy in the store, they all seemed to work like a well oiled machine!!

Excellent, no discrimination, accepts mask exemptions, doesn't even ask. No funny looks, just real people! Love the Samoan lady there, she's been there awhile. Always friendly and helpful. Way better then The Warehouse 100%

My brother and I went early to check the food section of the Market before it got to busy. Alot of different cultural foods for all to enjoy and other Miscellaneous items around, play games. It's been awhile since we came here, but better to come early to get good parking too.

Kmart Papatoetoe is always tidy and clean when i have popped in. The younger Staff are polite,helpful,smiley and professional when greeted on enter also at checkout,and around store. Has alot of clearance items,but not by much off original price. Prices are a tad more expensive iv noticed ,due to Pandemic but what shop hasn't right? And majority of customers never scan in,but they have masks on.

So frustrating having payment counters in middle at back of store. It just encourages people to shoplift on their way out. Ive seen it happen one person on the door doesn't prevent that. Best to pay just before you walk out.

Well stocked, and surprisingly quiet after Christmas so it was easy to find items in a relaxed environment... I suspect the Dedicated Bargain Hunters might have over looked this location Like the Botany Store but this store is remarkably easy, with helpful staff.... albeit parking is a pain and the store is located inside the Mall

This Kmart is actually really clean and tidy. They have friendly staff that know their stock. Even their security guards are kind with the right attitude 👍 Highly recommended.

Despite the moody outdated entrance that is due for renovation, Kmart papatoetoe has kept its store tidy and stocked for as long as I can remember. The checkout staff are friendly and in cases of click and collect it can be daunting but the counter staff are especially very reasonable. Would prefer the store to get some sort of renovation as it hasn't had major cosmetic upgrades since its opening.

Nice store. Some shelves were empty, possibly lockdown is affecting supplies. But I bought some wonderful clothes and gear. I'm impressed with the quality of the stuff I bought. Can't complain.

Good variety of clothing but not much Advertising beforehand, so they sell out quickly & your left with larger sizes of clothing. Indian woman who works in that department doesn't say much about that fact either

Wish people would put the shoes they try on back where they got them. It's messy and rude to just shake them off your feet when you're done, then grab another pair and do the same thing. I know they've had a note there asking customers to be tidy but seems they can't read. I used to see the same same lady there cleaning up the area. She needs a medal!

I like Kmart Papatoetoe it has more selection of items than the Manukau store also cleaner in appearance. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff member named Haki assisted us over the phone that made it easy for us to find what we wanted in-store.

Great system in place for ordering and collecting BUT small suggestion to remind us to bring along a bag to carry our things in when we arrive...apologies if you did, but I had a few items and unless you had a trolley load, you're carrying it yourself. Apart from that, great job thank you.

I get these are crazy times - but to be told 2.5 weeks after placing an order, that the items I ordered are out of stock and are then cancelled is such a huge hassle. I made sure I ordered something that at the time was avail online at all the Kmart stores nearby but 2.5 weeks later there's no stock? I also placed an order 2 days after this order where they were low in stock yet I managed to receive that item a week after placing the order. It's just frustrating to only be getting notifications 2.5 weeks AFTER placing the order just to be told I'm not gonna be getting them. If they had no stock earlier, they could've told me at that time so that I'm looking elsewhere for these products.

Always love KMart. Papatoe is pretty well stocked. Good view of items repriced for sale.

Papatoetoe has always been good shopping etc, Its been a few years, but, could do wit a bit of revamping, and a little more variety. 🤔

Love comimg to kmart, was actually clean and tidy and got what we needed which was birthday presents...only down fall would be not enough staff members on the floor when we need help looking for things...have to walk to the other side of the store to ask someone for information... Good prices for what we got too...

Not good, I visited the store to pick my order and they informed order wasn't ready. Couldn't fulfill my order. Told them i am ready to wait few days, however as soon as I reached home I received an email that my order is canceled.

Another one of my favorite stores to shop in. Clean & well stocked every time I've shopped there. Polite & helpful staff as well.

Papatoetoe is by far the best! Compared to Sylvia park & Manukau - its always clean and well organised. Staff are lovely and theres always a good flow and space. Would suggest you take your own shopping bags or take the trolley because they only seem to have $2 shopping bags available for packing.

This shop is the biggest and most variety of things in Papatoetoe. A great shop for the community. Also when a sale is on things are a real bargain. Also great parking. One more open til midnight.

It's always great to go here, as there is more variety and as covid has lowered in levels/phases it wasn't so busy, no line

Always well stocked and love how it is always tidy! .. so much easier to find what you are looking for, unlike some of the other stores. Definitely a preferred location during winter months or when raining as have covered parking available with access to the mall

A nice place for shopping at Kmart till midnight if you have nothing to do at home. Kids love this place. Night market every friday night.

Clean and well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. Layout is a bit weird. We'll priced items for sale. Some great bargains. Parking is available underground. Wheelchair accessible with a ramp and lifts. Toilets close by. Also a food court too.

I had a good service at the store. My intention was to go there and buy me a blanket and a pillow. To my surprise I end up spending $253.00 dollars. I guess its because of how things been displayed and the atmosphere was so good. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed shopping at papatoetoe Kmart. Thank you.

The store is well laid out a ND signed. I got the grandson a couple of birthday gifts elin the easy to find the toy department. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

The aisles and shelves are always a mess in this store. Went to buy mens underwear and most packets were either empty or were not full with pieces missing. Their stock loss must be horrendous

I love the fact that the shelves & racks are always stocked up & that there is alot of stock for all sizes & not just the small sizes.

Some items which have been already returned & not working have had the box taped together & resold. Anko range of products I'd not always best quality. The 2nd clock we bought the battery function did not work either & it needed a wall plug. Staff are friendly enough when you can find one but product range is a bit poor quality for the price.

Placed an online order and the pickup was quite very easy.. Loved it..

Well organized under lockdown, online shopping and collection are easy and simple.

Better kept store than Manukau and also better stocked. Staff are friendlier there than other branches excluding whoever was packing the party supplies. They were most put out when we tried to get passed her stool with a push chair. Obvious, how dare we try to walk by and make you move your seat... are you allowed yo sit down on the shop floor?

Went to find toddlers shoes. Not a huge selection available but they had a great range of toys and books.

Staff were available and I was kindly shown the correct department, found the item I was looking for which I purchased and I used click and collect pick up at the same time which all went very smoothly. For click and collect, if you can't readily show them the invoice on your phone I would recommend writing it down for ease when asked - and take some ID for confirmation.

Lots of variety and definitely the best place to buy double insulated bottles. Still hate the pay part being in the middle of the store and that the prices don't alter in any of the places that make us serve ourselves regardless of the amount the company saves on wages by having fewer staff members. Great place for jandals and shoes.

I love KMART, prices are low and there's a whole variety of things you can buy here. Hunters Corner KMART offers a whole range of products and it's our family's preferred Kmart store, always clean and tidy, the staff are helpful and welcoming 👍

Great location for me personally. Staff may need a bit of tlc from employer cos they aren't that friendly, understaffed??? It also shows in the presentation of the store...lack of pricing and untidy in alot of places. Do you use student help, work experience?

They didn't have the hardware that i needed but the guy at the entrance showed me the way to go to the nearest Bunnings, who did have what I wanted 😊

Better organised, great signage, lighting and more selection of types of goods than before. Fantastic to see miniature price checkers in some aisles on shelving that saves time and frustration from having to walk to an out of the way location. Clean and airy.

Super value, totally my go to for a great bargain on any household items or clothing or electronics etc. The quality is better than the warehouse and price too. That's why it is always busy with mobs of people shopping. Just see for yourself and compare and you won't be disappointed. Happy shopping.

Lovely staff I dealt with today, I wanted to buy a pressure cooker but the Manukau had no more in stock, I called KMart Papatoetoe and spoke to a lovely lady who along with "Arishma" managed to find the last unit in stock and put it aside for me. I picked it up ten minutes later, also with Arishmas help. Thank you guys, lovely customer service 👌

Went Kmart last night to buy me a brush and there was literally nothing stocked in that area! The shelves were empty, i’m not kidding, even the shelf across was empty.

Quiet, spacious and best K Mart to buy children's books. One entire row dedicated to popular low cost books aimed at babies through to older children

Love this kmart it had lota new stocks and also neat and easy to shop.

Love shopping here!! And they have afterpay. Good assortment of stock from confectionery to furniture. Staff are extremely helpful too. Only downfall was due to covid19 some shelves weren't fully stocked.

This Kmart is always in stock and relatively tidy. Lines can get long in peak times but quick to get served. There has been times of missing pieces in items but that could be factory issues not the store itself, when taken back the store is friendly and so helpful. This store is much better than the old St Lukes Kmart.

Standard Kmart store with large variety of stuff available. Staff is always busy and can be hard to find to ask a question or help. Product selection is at par with any other Kmart in Auckland. Return policies are good and seamless. Ample parking is available in the mall. Well recommended overall.

Really good deals to get for clothing for me a beanie for 1.00

If I had another empty check in bag to bring home I would have shopped till my heart dropped so many bargains, I went in to get 3 single air mattresses so cheap and so hardy I'm not a small woman but they held my weight although the racks were a bit messy but I suppose if people but things back in the correct places it would be fine.

I believe the team Members that work at the Kmart Entrance/Exit are meant to do a bag search & check receipts as customers walk out of the store. Last week I went to Kmart in Hunters Corner to do a few shopping ; As I was walking out of Kmart , a team member at the Entrance/ Exit of Kmart who would check bags was certainly rude. He saw me giving my receipt to him & he fully ignored me , continued playing on his phone & talking to the Security Guard at the door. I describe this as poor Customer Service & very unprofessional especially when using your phone in a work place where customers can see !

Definitely my go to Kmart, always have better stock than Manukau. I come here often to just browse around see what new products they have, very affordable prices too.

I find kmart papatoe very good because of it's underground covered parking a lot of kmarts in Auckland and stand alone stores with no covered parks specially when you have kids or don't want to get wet "Auckland weather"

I came here to buy some camping gear and luckily what I wanted was in stock. Other than that, this Kmart is the same as any other Kmart I’ve been to. This particular store has the new layout with the checkout section in the middle which I am not the biggest fan of.

The man with long hair who is often posted to check bags and receipts at the exit is very welcoming, courteous, and knows where to find stuff around the store. He makes finding obscure stuff easy & even though he's doing a security task he is most respectful about how he goes about it.

Every one loves kmart. The best store for literally everything you could need or want. This store is usually well kept and is clean, tidy and organised. Expect to get bags check on your way out (don't be offended, they're just doing their job).

One of the biggest Kmart in South Auckland. Large ranges of products. Cheaper price. Very convenient it opens till 11 pm.

This is the best Kmart - far better than the other Kmart close by ( Supa Centre) Papatoetoe Kmart is well stocked and tidy with friendly staff and I rung last week with a query regarding a product and a girl named Epi was very helpful and prompt with attending to me over the phone . I would recommend Kmart Papatoetoe.

Man if I had a lot of money and an empty checkin bag for my plane ride home I'll be shopping up large, we came here for air mattresses they staff were so helpful we just got single ones and they were very sturdy and comfortable thank you guys for stocking what I needed at a very good affordable prices you guys rock.

I'll rather go here then wasting time in the Manix Kmart! The one in Manukau hardly have some stuffs in stocks! Had to drive to Papatoetoe for a vacuum cos they didn't have it, kmart had 23 in stock!

It took patience but we found what we wanted and the price was very reasonable..I would recommend it to my friends and family..

Affordable shopping at low prices from clothing, kitchenware, shoes, accessories etc. Great place to shop good ol Kmart Hunters Plaza. I miss the old floor layout. I think it worked better in terms of visual aspect for a shopper. Highly recommend Kmart; awesome for anyone on a budget.

My favourite go to store. Stock tends to run out quite regularly due to popularity. Friendly staff.

The best Kmart store I've been to in Auckland. Always clean and tidy. Would like to see some of the beauty sections updated with more stock but other than that, I always find what I'm looking for here.

This location is open till midnight (12:00am) which is super convenient. It is also generally well laid out with most merchandise being well labelled and well stocked. Pricing is much the same as any other Kmart.

The Mall is old, and run down, but inside the Kmart it all feels ok, has what you need. Once a great go to place, now not so much

The returns policy is not flexible as they give their customers voucher rather than cash refund so I ended up with a bunch of mars bars for 10 bucks voucher amount otherwise good selection of products at good prices.

Store is always clean at Papatoetoe Kmart. I've been to other Kmarts and they just don't amount to how clean and together this one is. They have more variety than some other Kmart stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always a clean store. Workers are helpful, friendly and reliable. Love coming here. Keep up the good cleaning.

Variety of products cheap prices, but not well organised, and the price check machine is broken. Need more follow up and I hope they will make the security check in good and proper way.the costume service in this branch is not good at all. Although it is a general issue ( the good customer service) in Auckland, but it is so bad issue in this shop. You may be will need to do your shopping in this branch of Kmart, but don't expect a nice service. There is a big car park and there is a disability interance.

The store it self I would say is your normal store layout. I found it hard everytime I'm looking for assistance from staff there though. Few times I've been mislead to products I've been looking for. That's actually annoying having to go one end to another just to be sent again back to a different location in the store. Great location though having heaps of parking and a food court right there. Overall I'd say great store for specials

Of all the Kmarts. This is my favourite. It's never really busy. It has everything a kmart has. Parking is great. It's in one of those malls that isnt really busy so it's easy to get in out and about. Downside the central checkout is a little frustrating as never all kiosks open. But .. its Kmart

Kmart is made for budget shoppers I’m not saying not to shop there but it is made for people on the budget yes i used to buy from there i hate the fact that you have to scan your own items especially not able to fit everything on the sensor but I do also buy from other places

Kmart's always good! Great prices but sometimes their customer service isn't that great, I smiled at a cashier person on time and she didn't smile back she kinda just had this stank face on her but apart from that Kmart is the place to go for good quality and good bargains!

I mean... it's a Kmart. They are the Subway of homewares - literally exactly the same the world over. Broken products, abandoned baskets, apathetic staff and shrieking children are all guaranteed here, just the same as the good value, wide product range and usefully extensive operating hours. If you expect anything more or less of a Kmart, you've a lot to learn about life.

Once one! This keymart shop has many sections including the groceries and computer toys, others don't have this section.

Korean food was nice, but talk about uninspiring service. I was the only customer and had to call attention I wanted something.

I find it affordable. It doesnt usually have all I want to buy but I always enjoy shopping there. Good value for money at Kmart.

Kmart Papatoetoe is probably the best one. My understanding is that it's head office thats why its always tidy and pretty well stocked.

Unfortunately this shop looked like a tip afta Christmas bit don't be fooled by that. Unfortunately a lot of shoppers looking for bargains seem incapable of putting items back where they got them. K Marts prices are very good and there are always bargains to be had in store. Always worth a visit.

I love Kmart lol They just need to get better bras for the bustier woman. However, it is great that when you order online and need to change sizes, you can simply walk in to any Kmart and show your online receipt and change it right there.

Kmart is Kmart! What you see is what you get, bargains and a whole lot of mess that customers have made that the staff have not been able to get around to tidying up. A lot of resonably priced items, can go in and come out with a lot of items you don't need! Great place to shop if you are after a bargain, staff are busy, if you don't approach them they would not bother to check if you're ok. Other than that Kmart is Kmart!

This Kmart is not that big as compare to others almost it’s really hard to find car park at this mall I didn’t enjoy shopping at this Kmart overall but yeah Staff member were nice but they don’t have all Kmart website listed products

I prefer this Kmart to Manukau for its cleanliness and is not as busy. It usually has the all the stock im going in for and also I was told that this kmart has furniture.

Had to travel from Tuakau as I thoroughly enjoy the service and also the store layout.

Kmart is an awesome place to shop I love it what I don't like is how someone stands at the door asking to see your receipt, I never stop and if they confront me I tell them why don't u stand by the other door and watch who is paying and who isn't.... I mean how can you walk out with a plastic bag and not pay? Papatoetoe Kmart has the checkout in the middle of the shop WTH is up with that?

It had what I wanted at a very cheap price. I don't expect it to be as durable as a similar item bought at another shop for six times the cost but it will do me. The shop is clean and well lit.

Kmart papatoetoe has everything you could ever want from kids clothing to adults clothing including large sizes all at very good prices, also has a great range of kiitchen ware and decor for your house. Toys and shoes also great.

This is one of the nicest Kmarts I know of in Auckland. The facilities are always well maintained and tidy which make it a pleasure to visit every time. Staff are friendly too and the prices are reasonable.

Love going to Kmart cheap deals for basic things. But the security guard standing at the entrance/exit checking you're bags as you leave is getting really really old. If that is a repercussion from having self service checkouts then maybe they would be better standing at the checkout putting sold stickers on to plastic bags similer to the warehouse.. Just a thought.

The best kmart I've been to in south and east Akld. Well stocked, heaps of options and if you're not careful you'll buy a whole heap of stuff you didn't know you needed. The checkout being in the middle of the store was strange and seemed under staffed, but I cope fine with it. I love the womens clothing options for dressy casual occassions. Affordable prices that make me want to buy the whole shop.

Hunters Plaza is now the best KMart in NZ! Open, clean and well stocked. Only wish they carried more name brand toys for girls especially. The Kmart branded ones are nice for some things but you really can't replace a REAL Barbie doll or current trendy character items.

Like any every other Kmart I've been to. Staff are very helpful too.

This Botany store is one of my go to shops but it's always a frustrating experience as (almost) nothing is ever where it should be. You have to search and dig, and I don't have the time. It could be an awesome shop. Still worth a visit.

Good value for money and lots of choice and the staff are really helpful but if you go online and check stock at your local store it isn't exactly up to date as I found out today. Give the store a call before making that journey if going there for something specific it will save you time and money.

Nice and big, well set out, far tidier than the Manukau store. Plenty of items that are low cost but get the job done.

This time 3mnths ago i did have trouble finding mens under garment purely due to short of reach it was found quite frustrating at this time. I have recently returned to find there has been a change and were reachable and well organised for customers @ Kmart. Their Mens under garments were folded/placed on shelving.For a tiny moment I did spit a drop of tear! So cool to C. That I didnt need to bury my head amongst these Jocks!

The tidiest K-Mart I have ever seen. Very impressive even compared with St Luke's and Henderson. Worth the drive down there.

AIRPORT - Not very helpful, just pointed or said the name where they thought goods should be at and that was it. M/CITY same as above gave me a credit note if I didn't find the product I wanted, I had to exchange for another product not obtain a refund to spend elsewhere as per store area's.

Its good. Just a bit confusing in that you cant see the areas clearly. I dont like the way kmart always has the cashier part in the middle instead of at the exit. Good prices and a good selection.

Night market under Kmart in carpark. The food was good tried some drangon fruit lemonade with green apple bubbles it was really refreshing. And the cheese rocket hot dog 👌🤙😋

Was here in hunter's Plaza Kmart l knew what l wanted so got these at a great price, but prior to exiting after paying noticed home wares again had great price tag will be back before the weekend as needing gifts lm do recommend Kmart makes the desirable affordable.

I was glad to find an item that was out of stock at 3 other KMarts was in stock here. And there was virtually no queue at the checkout on a Sat at lunchtime which made my quick stop even quicker.

Kmart Papatoetoe has affordable costs for beddings and just about everything from kids clothes to adults clothes are not breaking the budget.

Location the Manukau super center better deals with quality clothing than opposed to the warehouse friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile just to make a better shopping experience to be held by all patrons.

The Papatoetoe store we visited was badly under stocked. What stock was there was on the floor and all over the shelves. Not a great experience for my daughter who was doing her 10th birthday shopping.

Kmart have many great affordable products and range, the one thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is that they only have self service registers and the wait can be quite long as some public members will often take a while to process their shopping or you will need to wait for assistance due to register error otherwise a great place to shop.
