Excellent customer service and wonderful hospitality. Jazz and jaggy were fantastic and I had no problems in getting my frame replaced then and there.... Definitely worth investing and one of the best for your glasses

My favourite optical shop! With the store's wide range and variety, Jazz and Jaideep helped me out a great deal by showing pairs that suited my features. Lentes & Marcos Manukau offers very reasonable prices, a variety of designs and good customer service. I landed on getting a few pairs despite of my intention of only buying a pair!

I got 2-3 pairs of prescription glasses from here and there was a girl ‘Jazz’ who helped me with selecting the nice frames according to my face and guide me from starting till i got the glasses. She was updating me through this lockdown as well. Moreover, I can recommend this company to everyone. Good quality and very affordable price either its sunglass or prescription glasses. I bought a pair of sunglasses there and they are by far the best sunglasses I have had. I never wear glasses as my sight is really bad, I only bought them because the amazing service from Rash, she is super knowledgeable and her customer service is incredible. I am coming back to buy another pair due to the great quality of the glasses and the great service received by Rash. Well done!

I highly recommend Lentes & Marcos. I love the high quality of the frames, prices are really affordable (unbelievable!!), and the customer services is great also. I can't be happier with my new prescription lenses. I do not have to pay $800 for low quality prescription lenses anymore, now I paid $229. I bought sunglasses last year also!! Love the quality. Omg. I had the best service i could ever ask for. I was served by Kush in the comercial bay store. He helped me with what I needed and was looking for. I was able to get two really good pairs of specs at a very reasonable price. Besides the fact I love their unique range of latest eyewear the staff were very professional they helped make it possible to get both of my favourite pairs without having to chose and without the pushy sales vibes you can get from other places, the eye exam is included when making a purchase which I thought was great. All specs lenses with all the bells and whistles for xtra protection during long screen time. Got my my lenses from the pop up store at Manukau. Gotta say it.... The lenses are absolutely awesome they are prescription glasses with a tint. Thank you Raj these lenses are 100 times better than my old pair from that spec s... ver place. Very happy I can see for days bruhhhh
