I have always loved lush! I was so excited to find one in New Zealand a few years ago after living in the UK. There are pros and cons with Queen Street. On entry one blond stuff in particular just blabs all the DON'TS at you, I must say I found it really off-putting! The store definitely redeemed itself soon after! Thank you to the calm and gentle staff with short curly hair!! You were so wonderful and I could tell you genuinely cared about what I wanted. I walked out very happy and will come back to your service.

Wonderful staff, always so friendly and provide great service. Can’t help but notice though how hot it can get inside the shop during the summer time, today was incredibly humid! I couldn’t stay too long inside due to the heat, but other than that my experiences are always great

I ordered online for my niece's 4th birthday. She has been obsessed with the bath bombs for a while and I normally take her in store to purchase. We did have an issue with with getting a tracking number but this was quickly resolved. The parcel was misplaced due to courier (Again, not Lush's fault) and to our horror, thrown over the back fence with no regard for the package being marked very clearly as "Fragile". One of the bath bombs was damaged and they quickly offered a refund and apologized for the damage. Again, this was not their fault. The service was great and friendly and going that extra mile to make sure that I was happy. Thankfully, she's four so she didn't even notice was just very excited to get a package in the mail. Thank you, in particular to Gracen for addressing my concerns so quickly and making sure that I was happy. Will certainly continue to get these bath bombs for her

Really friendly staff that were super helpful in answering all my queries and helping me find everything I need! The store has a pretty good range of stuff, was able to find everything I wanted in there. Was really happy to stumble upon lush while walking around Auckland city! would definitely come back here to buy more stuff, their products are really good!

Seriously each time I pop in to Queen St shop, I'm being reminded of why I go to Newmarket shop, where staff are friendlier and much more helpful.

Hmmmm, the smell is overwhelming. You lose your sense of smell when you walk into the shop so you have no idea what you've bought. Nice soaps tho!! Luscious. Good lotions too

We love love love Lush. Picked up a few delicious goodies while on holiday in Central Auckland with our children. Just what was needed at the end of an action packed day. AMAZING. The products are addictive. The staff are welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

I understand the staff are doing their job. The thing is, it’s a small shop I’m sure I can navigate my way around the store and will ask for help if I need some, just kinda makes you not want to go in, don’t get me wrong they’re all really nice (the ones I’ve spoke to) but I actually dread it when you approach me as I would of been more than happy browsing myself. Please just try to read people, before you approach them.

Lush why would you discontinue Brazened Honey!! Customer service is always professionally friendly, prices are fair. Also customer service is always 5/5 and their stores are always top notch & smelling nice

Fantastic staff and fantastic stock, but they need to upgrade! I'm always happy with my products from Lush, but it's always a chore and somewhat exhausting coming here. It's a tiny shop with multiple staff members, but it gets cramped very quickly as it's also pretty busy. Either upgrade the shop or open another one, a bigger one on the North Shore would be great :)

Beware if strong smells overwhelm you! It is a wonderful smell, but it can be a lot for some people. Lovely compact store, has frequent product demos and tests, and the staff are always happy, helpful, and downright lovely! I've never met someone who works there who doesn't also use the products, so they always have good reccomendations! Lush as a branch has some of my favourite products, both for myself and as gifts (they do some really nice gift boxes, especially during the holidays!), and though this location is a bit smaller than some, so doesn't always have full stock - they are happy to order in and phone/email you when your purchase arrives! Products cater for many specific needs and wants (vegan, etc), and mostly use entirely natural products. Only good things to say about Lush, and this one is super convenient in the cbd, and is well staffed/managed!

I visited the store today and was taken on a wonderful journey by an awesome english girl who works there (i feel awful i never caught her name!!) she took me through almost the whole shop and told me the stories behind the perfumes and scents (do ask if you remember to next time you go- it was really cool to see how much thought has gone into each product!!) I was intending on coming in to just browse for my partner's upcoming birthday and before I knew it she'd helped me source the perfect box, from which I decided to just buy the soap today, Honey I Washed the Kids, but you best believe I'll be coming back with service like that!!

smells really good. i was crossing the road but th fragrance distracted me and my decision for visit the shop was good. i bought few soaps but little bit expensive.

Amazing products. I love the companies they support like rainbowYOUTH. The staff are amazing I loved the environment and everyone was patient even though I was having trouble with my credit card. Got these two awesome items today.

Great range of natural, cruelty-free products! Only downsides are that the store is quite cramped and it is impossible to look around without having staff hovering over you, but they are just doing their job and cannot be blamed!

You smell it before you see it. Great place for anyone who loves organic, handmade body, face and hair products. Always on our must 'stop and shop' list when we visit. Great service, knowledgeable staff.

Lush is indeed lush. We've used the products on and off for over twenty years. You can tell when you're near a Lush shop as it always smells divine .

Lush is great! I am busy travelling with a shampoo bar that is phenomenal and is lasting and lasting. Love your xmas sales, can you do them more often??
