After initial complaint, the business owner made a prompt contact with me for understanding the details of the story and is willing to solve the issue. After discussion, the owner is willing to provide a full refund on the tiles for return at either the Henderson or Manukau branch whichever is convenient to me.
I would recommend this store to anyone who need quality tiles at an equivalent and economic price point.

Dishonest business.
Bought many packs of porcelain tiles Calacatta Bianco in batch AN a wile ago, now the project finished and got few full packs of tiles left. I got a response from one of the showroom staff says I can returned the tiles and asked me to return them at their warehouse nearby. So I went there but been told that they don't have this color anymore so can't return them. Then I went to the showroom straight away and double checked with their staff and found they do have plenty stock avaliable and the staff is pretty sure I can return them.
So, I back to the warehouse again and wait about 2 mins then the same manager came out says they actually have the same color but in different batch hence can't take my return. Then, I back to the showroom again and tried to double checked with the same staff but the staff sounds like not sure about the details and quite confused and told me that it will not be returnable if the manager says so, and strangely the staff cant found any relevant details about the different batch the manager mentioned.
After this, I phoned the Henderson brach and they said there is only one batch (same as mine) avaliable in both stores with sufficient stocks. They can't even found any other batch under this color in their system. So I'm assuming the warehouse manager leied to me just because he can't be bothered and doesnt want to take my return as I'm only an individual customer, not a big deal to them.
Wasted plenty of my time for almost 2 hours. Because of their dishonest and miscommunication, I had to take back all the 11 packs of tiles with my car and down to Hamilton as I had a meeting there on the Same day, so they also wasted a lot of my car fuel.
