I've been to this store a few times and always had fantastic service. Today was especially good. I didn't get the name of the woman helping me but she was just wonderful. She had really incredible eyeshadow and gemstones on. I haven't bought an eye pallet before but after speaking with her I'm inspired! Anyway thank you so much!

Went here yesterday afternoon and the staff were so beyond helpful! The products they recommended were perfectly catered to my skin concerns and how I wanted my makeup to look. Literally needed so much help with new skincare and base makeup and all my questions were accommodated. (The colour match was also perfect). Thank you guys!

Booked a natural makeup service at commercial bay. I’d never been to this store before but from the moment I walked in the door I was impressed! The store was immaculate and I was greeted by the very friendly store manger who seated me in the makeup chair and offered me a glass of sparkling water, then showed me I could also charge my phone while I was here if needed. Then I had my makeup done by the talented David. It’s one of the first times I haven’t needed or wanted to change my makeup afterwards, I loved all of it. The customer service and the talent at this store is second to none and I will definitely be back!

Wandered in not particularly sure of what I needed and was approached by Bo (Beau?) to see if I needed any assistance. She was super lovely and incredibly helpful. Gave me some great recommendations and ended up trying a full face of her holy grail products (highlight of my morning!). Found what I needed and more. Honestly couldn't recommend enough to head here and seek her expertise!

We were served by this beautiful and amazing staff 😭 💛 she was super helpful and friendly. I was having trouble choosing between the perfume that suits me best and she gave really good suggestions and I was able to finally settle on something I liked.

So lovely!! A lady with an American/canadian accent was super nice and patient in helping me find my shades, and there was also another girl who put in effort in helping me find this one setting spray I couldn't remember the brand of! Cosmetics stores can be quite intimidating sometimes, but the staff here made me feel so welcome!! 100% for customer service!

I'm new to Mecca and the beauty world but the experience I had at this store WOW, no other words can describe the service I was given. I was served by Jennifer and she went above and beyond which made me not only comfortable but also walking out with so much knowledge!! How can someone hold that much information?!? Its insane! I'm so glad that she listened and answered all my questions, i'm so sorry for bombarding you with so many questions. She gave me samples to try so that I could try them before I purchased to ensure my skin wouldn't react, I have purchased all the products since my skin loved it so much! My skin looks and feels amazing! No words can describe how thankful I am.

I had a good experience at this shop! The wide variety of options available is impressive, and the shop is beautifully presented. I especially appreciated that each product has a tester available for customers to try before making a decision. Not only did they offer skincare products, but also perfumes, personal care items, and hair treatments. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding me to choose the most suitable products for my needs. I will definitely be returning for more shopping in the future!

Went here two weeks ago when I was up in Auckland! Amazing service, the staff are super lovely and helpful!! Everything is so easy to find which is a bonus. Will definitely come back to this Mecca next time that I am in Auckland ⭐️⭐️

Went in with my sister to just buy lip gloss and ended up buying a face cleanser, moisturizer and other little goodies. Tian's service was amazing and so knowledgeable with the Mecca products. We would never walk into a Mecca store but we would make the trip back when we need to replenish, thanks Tian!

I had an amazing experience with the staff Jingyi (I’m really sorry if I’ve got the wrong spelling 😓). I was interested in looking for some dewy foundations for the summer and they were super helpful in recommending foundations and did a spectacular job with foundation matching. Also, they went above and beyond by fixing my foundation after so that I’m not walking out with patches of my initial foundation gone. I didn’t expect this which made me incredibly appreciative and grateful of this service from them. Jingyi’s meticulous service deserves more than 5 stars.

was served by an absolute blessing of a human. her name was annie, i have zero clue about makeup or anything so i walked in even though i was so nervous. she came up to me and was so incredibly helpful. i had no clue what to ask for or where to even start. will 100% be back because of her!!

I was struggling to find the perfect concealer for my skin tone, so I asked one of the workers to help me find one that would work for me. She kindly offered to put 2 different shades on under each eye and this led to me finding my perfect match, while also getting a second opinion from her. Forgot to ask her name but thank you so much!

I had my make-up done here for a corporate photoshoot and I was extremely impressed with the whole experience! My artist, Emily, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She brought my ideas to life and delivered an amazing result that photographed well. I left the store feeling so glamorous! My make-up held up for the rest of the day and didn’t budge even after I’d finished my evening spin class. I cannot recommend Emily or her services highly enough.

The beautiful Beau did my makeup for my Christmas & BIRTHDAY event. My makeup was flawless but more importantly they made my day not just after my makeup was done but during. Beau is so personable and so kind and I walked out of there feeling SO amazing and SO confident in myself!! Could not recommend more I am tempted to book my makeup with her EVERY WEEKEND !! Beau is so so talented !!!

Loved my experience here. First time properly being in a Mecca and I was after foundation. Asked one of the lovely staff for help and she colour matched me perfectly with the Nars foundation. My mistake not looking at the price before she helped me. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for me so I got her to match me for a different brand. Super lovely and gentle with application. Would recommend!!
