I've been to this store a few times and always had fantastic service. Today was especially good. I didn't get the name of the woman helping me but she was just wonderful. She had really incredible eyeshadow and gemstones on. I haven't bought an eye pallet before but after speaking with her I'm inspired! Anyway thank you so much!

Went here yesterday afternoon and the staff were so beyond helpful! The products they recommended were perfectly catered to my skin concerns and how I wanted my makeup to look. Literally needed so much help with new skincare and base makeup and all my questions were accommodated. (The colour match was also perfect). Thank you guys!

Booked a natural makeup service at commercial bay. I’d never been to this store before but from the moment I walked in the door I was impressed! The store was immaculate and I was greeted by the very friendly store manger who seated me in the makeup chair and offered me a glass of sparkling water, then showed me I could also charge my phone while I was here if needed. Then I had my makeup done by the talented David. It’s one of the first times I haven’t needed or wanted to change my makeup afterwards, I loved all of it. The customer service and the talent at this store is second to none and I will definitely be back!

Wandered in not particularly sure of what I needed and was approached by Bo (Beau?) to see if I needed any assistance. She was super lovely and incredibly helpful. Gave me some great recommendations and ended up trying a full face of her holy grail products (highlight of my morning!). Found what I needed and more. Honestly couldn't recommend enough to head here and seek her expertise!

We were served by this beautiful and amazing staff 😭 💛 she was super helpful and friendly. I was having trouble choosing between the perfume that suits me best and she gave really good suggestions and I was able to finally settle on something I liked.

So lovely!! A lady with an American/canadian accent was super nice and patient in helping me find my shades, and there was also another girl who put in effort in helping me find this one setting spray I couldn't remember the brand of! Cosmetics stores can be quite intimidating sometimes, but the staff here made me feel so welcome!! 100% for customer service!

A big thank you to Venus for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect make up for my birthday! He offers the best service and this is officially my favourite store 😋💓

I'm new to Mecca and the beauty world but the experience I had at this store WOW, no other words can describe the service I was given. I was served by Jennifer and she went above and beyond which made me not only comfortable but also walking out with so much knowledge!! How can someone hold that much information?!? Its insane! I'm so glad that she listened and answered all my questions, i'm so sorry for bombarding you with so many questions. She gave me samples to try so that I could try them before I purchased to ensure my skin wouldn't react, I have purchased all the products since my skin loved it so much! My skin looks and feels amazing! No words can describe how thankful I am.

Went in last week and was given an amazing experience. David, I really appreciate your service - the time you spent with me to help me pick the right products and they were amazing recommendations! I would go back all the way to the CBD for the service.

First of all I'm not a regular customer of Mecca though I have a customer's account with them I have never been a big spender or anything like that. But today, I went there just to see what I could get for myself and Momo assisted me, I asked her what brand of foundation she could recommend for my sensitive and acne prone skin. She recommended Nars but thats not the highlight of the experience, its the way how she helped me and made me feel comfortable while trying on some products. She even gave me samples to see if my skin would react to it before actually buying them. Customer service is one thing but caring for a customer is next level. I just want to commend her for it and to be honest I think I'll come back to buy the product not because I actually want or need it but just to show appreciation on how she did her job amazingly.

Can highly recommend Sophia at Mecca - I had a makeover yesterday and she was tireless in making sure I was happy with the results. I walked out feeling like a million dollars and got compliments all evening. Can't thank you enough Sophia - will be phoning on Sunday to get the names of the foundation, highlighter and bronzer you used!

Huge shoutout to Sophia for being incredibly helpful, lovely and super understanding about exchanging a faulty product 😊 she was very considerate about making me wait etc (not that I minded at all) and offered top notch customer service!

I visited the Commercial Bay Mecca recently and was very impressed with the customer service. Jennifer recommended a fantastic product that did exactly what I was after. I look forward to my next visit.
